PSG College of Education, Sankari, is a premier teacher-training institution in the Salem District of Tamil Nadu. The institution is an affiliate of Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University, and it has been NCTE approved.

Application Process

The minimum entry requirement for candidates wishing to be admitted under this program is a bachelor's degree or a qualification equivalent to a bachelor's degree from a university recognized by the appropriate authorities. D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education):
This is also a two years full-time program, approved for a student intake of 50. Admission to the D.El.Ed program is also made purely on merit basis taking into account the marks attained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. Candidates qualifying for eligibility to join the D.El.Ed are those that have passed the higher secondary examination (10+2) or the equivalent examination. Selection process follows that prescribed by the state government and the university to which the college is affiliated.
