Hey there, sir jj college of architecture,mumbai is a government college. To get admission their you must score really well in jee mains paper 2 or in NATA. With that your score in your board exam should be above 85% or more. You can get admission their even if you are non- maharashtrian but you score in nata should be good. With tha rank and percentile, I wouldn't keep many hopes up for my admission in any government college unless you are a recipient to the privilege of reservation.

You might keep yours hopes hanging in the counseling process of the said examination and try the best college you can make out of it, which is highly unlikely to be a government college.

 you can certainly get a seat in NIT trichy for B.Arch but the allotment also depends on what other people having a better rank have put as their preferance. Don't keep it as the only option but surely give it a try.

Dear aspirant there is no cut off for paper 2 jee mains. It all depends on the number of students that are appearing for the exam and number of students taking admission. Your percentile is indeed very good to get a seat in vijaywada. You have a chance of getting it
