Hello Vishnu,

Since, percentile procedure started so recently so it is still quite difficult for us to predict which college a candidate might get but we can help you out by providing the rank that you might be able to fetch with the percentile mentioned by you and following that I will be providing you a link where you can check out the opening and closing ranks trends of the previous year for different colleges.

Since approximately around 145386 students appeared for JEE B. Arch exam so the rank can be predicted from the given formula -

(100- your total percentile score) * 1,45,386/ 100.

So, accordingly, your rank is somewhere around 28,263 - 28,264 when calculated with the percentile given by you. But, this is a rough evaluation so it is best that you wait till the final rank list is announced by NTA. Along with the result of JEE Main Paper-2 April session, authorities will also release the rank list.

For more details, you can go through the following link -

Good luck!

Hello Swagata

Congrats for scoring 90.9 percentile in JEE main paper 2.

We can't say that what NIT you wil get but we can predict the rank with this percentile .

There is a pedicted formula from our team to predict rank

Total No of students = 145386

Formula

Probable Rank= ( 100 - your NTA percentile ) x 145386 / 100

So your predicted rank  =21807 approx

Our Team predicted that the qualify cutt off would be above 85 percentile .But it just a prediction .So pleae wait till april.

Your have  scored very  good percentile so according to me you will get admission  in following NIT's...

National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirapalli, Tamilnadu

National Institute of Technology, Warangal, Andhra Pradesh

National Institute of Technology, Surathkal, Karnataka

Moulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal, M.P

Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad, U.P

National Institute of Technology, Calicut, Kozhikode, Kerala

National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, West Bengal

National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh

Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar, Punjab

I hope you get my point.

Good Luck!!!

Hi Mannava,

This year a total of 1,45,386 aspirant appeared for the JEE B.Arch Examination. Therefore, basing upon the total number of aspirants the formula for calculating your rank would be ([100-your percentile] x 145386)/100. Therefore, approximately your rank will be around 58,154.
Considering the rank of 58,154, chances of getting a college is very bleak. However, depending upon your category and state quota, you can decide your yourself after having a look at last year's allotment list with opening and closing rank. Hello Aspirant
You should get 200+ in jEE mains paper 2 exam to Nit seat .if you get 250+ you will definitely get good Nits as per previous years survey. But this year  it may be differ because the exam held twice .based on the two exams of jEE mains the cut-off is decided.
I will provide link from careers 360 to get to know previous years cutoff:

See the admission process is totally dependent on the cutoff, that changes every year. The cutoff can be announced only after the final annoucement of the results by NTA, i.e.after April,2019.To know more about the cutoff,pl plea check the following link:-
