Sorry to say but chances are less for getting admission in government college.

But you may get admission in private college through councilling process.

The cut off for admission in NITs for Barch is upto a rank of 5000 for home states and 2600 for other states as per previous year trends. For CFTIs it is a rank of 6000 for home state and 3500 for other states.

To be eligible to NIT you need to have a minimum of 75% in your 12th boards exam or belong to the top 20 percentile of your class if you belong to the general category. And the cut off marks of JEE mains to be eligible for NIT in 2018 are 74 marks. Hence considering your jee marks you seem eligible.

According to your rank you will not get admission in NIT's and CFTI's colleges of india. But dont get demotivated or lose hope, you can get admission in some private colleges and also if you have given NATA exam you can get admission in IP university depending upon your marks. All the best for your future endeavours.

The eligibility for JEE Main Paper 2 are the qualifying exams ,the number of attempts being made , date of birth criteria and the subject combination.

Since you have got 220 marks in JEE Mains 2018 Paper 2 then overall rank might be around 1850-1855, If you are in general category then you may not get selected and can't get seat in NIT's or IIT's,but however if any othe caste there are fair chances

To secure a seat jnto top IITs one needs to score a rank under 1000 which are IIT Roorkee and IIT Kharagpur.

This corresponding to marks of 300+ for IITs.

Majority of B.arch Admission happen through JEE Mains for all centrally funded Institution and NITs.

A rank of near to 3000 is must to secure seat into top NITs for Architecture. This correpnds to marks of 250+.

The ranks may vary as per marks on basis of difficulty level of paper, total Students appeared and gheir Respective performance, and previous year trends.
