Congratulations on getting such a good rank. With an SC rank you have great chances of securing a seat in any of the SPA's/IIT's/NIT's or any other college, keeping in mind you should have minimum of 75% in your 12th to be eligible. 493 is a very good rank and you clear the cutoffs for SPA's and even IIT's. You have very good chances of securing a seat in any college you want for pursuing your B.arch.

And you will not get triple it your GFTIS college.
And government college 2.

Sorry to say but there is less chance of getting admission in NIT on the basis of Previous year cut off .But you may get admission in other good colleges for b.arch .

Since you belong to OBC category and the require marks for OBC is is about 230 + marks in JEE mains paper 2. And your marks is not that much.
This marks are fir NIT Triple IT colleges.
And I think according to this month you will not get government college too.
You can apply for good private college.
