The Bachelor of Pharmacy programme at Pushpagiri College of Pharmacy can intake 60 students. Specific information about admission is available but it is likely on the basis of the merit of the qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent), especially for science subjects, especially Chemistry, Physics, and Biology/Mathematics.
M.Pharma Pharmacy Practice has a seating capacity of 15. The selection of students for the M.Pharm course is made strictly on merit as decided by the competent authority approved by the Government of Kerala/Kerala University of Health Sciences and as per guidelines of the Pharmacy Council of India.
In the case of being enrolled into the Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) programme, 50% of the total merit seats are admitted through the Government/University from the merit list of the qualifying examination, following all reservation rules and fee structure prescribed by the Government of Kerala. The remaining 50% of seats may be filled by the Management according to rules set by State Government. Out of these, 20% will be reserved for D.Pharm candidates under merit and management quotas.
Just like the Pharm.D, 50% of seats will be merit fill the Government/University for Pharm.D Post Baccalaureate, and the other 50% will be filled by the Management as per state government norms.
