For the B.Ed course, candidates must hold either a degree or a postgraduate qualification from any recognized university.
D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education): D.El.Ed. is also a two-year course with a capacity of 100 students. D.El.Ed. admission process too is conducted on the basis of merit concerning the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or any entrance examination or selection process as prescribed by the state government or UT Administration. For the D.El.Ed. There are general requirements that candidates have finished their 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized board.
