The hostel has both mess and a canteen which provides a decent quality of food and snacks. The college has top facilities like Wi-Fi, hostel, classrooms, libraries for the students of different years and labs.
Every faculty is well-qualified in their respective fields, and they are very friendly with children that we can easily clear all our doubts. The course curriculum is relevant because by opting for this course, you will be prepared for private industry as well as some private institutions.
Placements of the college are not that good, it is pretty average. The placements of other colleges are pretty good compared to our college. Very few people are only able to get a good placement from our college who have good skills and a CGPA as well.
Our college campus is quite large. One beautiful park for exercise and Walking .Proper infrastructure for students for there all round development. And it has achieved lots of gold medal in every field.
Our teachers and faculty are vry helpful in nature and always support all students for there all round development.most of teachers are well qualified and well expressed.they clear concept and explain everything.
No any placement in b.voc course like HTM , MLT , RLM , FPM , MOM , FTAD . most of these students do internship for there theoretical practice. But in MBA , college offers highest package of 16 lakhs per annum.
Campus is beautiful and natural.
Hostel facility is available for both boys and girls. The boys' hostel is on the campus whereas the girls' hostel is outside the campus. But the food served is not good in boys hostel. Ragging is strictly prohibited in our college hostel which is a very good thing
In the mechanical stream, all the teachers are Ph.D. holders with high knowledge. Lectures are provided with good knowledge to the students but there are no practical things in college. Even placement assistance is not provided which is the biggest flaw in college. Neither do we have any industrial visit activity.
Around 30% of the students got placed in mechanical. In our college, girls get many opportunities to get placed in companies like Benze. The highest salary package offered in college is 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1.8 LPA. The placement opportunities are less for mechanical department.
Collage have well maintained infrastructure and is has wifi facility all over the campus. All area is under cctv surveillance. My collage have many stadiums and beautiful gardens. All hostel have mess facility and provide food in good and proper hygiene condition.
Teachers are very helpful and very knowledgeable persons. They always ready to help all students and ask if you have doubt regarding the session,75% attendance is compulsory for every students, semester exam is a little bit lengthy but if you focus in class then you will achieve a chl around 7_8.
Out college has good placement rate and many companies like Dehaat and many more. And it provides 100% placement in bsc agriculture hons. The highest package is offered around 15lpa and average package is around 6-7lpa.
Campus life is very joyful and so good.
Good infrastructure and we have facilities like computer labs , library many more and speed wifi and well maintained and our college is very hygienic with well cleaned workers and number of tress for the environment
I am pursuing 3rd year presently and comes to teaching quality is very good and well trained facilities are provided in college and comes to curriculum is well updated with all the recent developments and ideas I think i can get job very easily
The quality of placements in our college is very good many companies visits our college and the percentage for the students to attend is nearly 8 and highest salary package offered is 44lakhs and our college is fully supportive
The memorable part in our college is the days we spent in college with our fiends and beloved one and comes to staff their teach us very well and good lessons for the future and location is peacefull to learn and live and survive
No we don't have all necessary infrastructure , facilities , and equipments. Yess , they all used and well maintained Yes the living space is clean and hygienic , overall i like this type of environment
I am pursuing , bachelor of vocational modern office mangement and Yessssss , acadmics of our college is best , I love it , professor are too good and understanding . Yesssss , what I study makes me job ready o
Placement is so average or low in quality I don't have any idea about the percentage of students 20 thousand to 40 thousand placement process is easy and pleasant , yess my college is supportive but can't
I love it , best features are nature and good environment. Cultural programmes, committes etc., Teacher are very supportive, location is dangerous, no it's not safe in night but before closing of the hostel it is totally safe.
No Alot things can be better in our campus
College have all the required facilities for engineering students. Classrooms are large, airy, and many are equipped with projectors for modern learning. Labs are advanced and well-managed, offering hands-on training for all departments. The library is filled with books, journals, and e-learning resources, creating a strong academic support system. Hostels are clean, safe, and provide good food along with study-friendly environments.
Faculty are cooperative and focus on student growth. They explain subjects clearly and encourage discussions in class. Professors not only help in academics but also guide in personality development and career building. Many faculty members motivate students to publish papers, attend hackathons, and take part in technical competitions. They give real-life examples while teaching, which makes concepts easy to grasp.
Impressive plecements for students who actively use the training provided. The placement cell starts grooming students with soft skills and technical training from the early years. Top recruiters include Infosys, Capgemini, Accenture, TCS, and Tech Mahindra. The average package is around ₹3.5 LPA, while the highest has gone beyond ₹12 LPA for outstanding candidates. Core branches also get opportunities in reputed industries.
The college has all the facilities a student can think of, whether it is an air-conditioned library, Wi-Fi availability, or air-conditioned classrooms. All the classes are smart classes and have projectors installed in them, which work very well. The food quality is decent in the mess, but it also has Domino’s, Cafe Coffee Day, etc.
The faculty is really nice except for one or two. They are very helpful, and since my end-sem exams are going on, they are helping us very much from sharing notes to answering our doubts personally. I haven't found any difficulty in understanding the subjects.
I actually don't have any idea about placement, but as I researched online, the highest package was 7.75 LPA in 2023. The average package is 5.5 LPA and the lowest package was 2.4 LPA. However, it all depends on the student and how he performs.
It's a great opportunity to learn new skills and building career is very neat, college provides a good road map to students to enhance the skills

As a IT student at St. Joseph’s College of Engineering, I really value the convenience and comfort the campus offers. There are always enough charging points and quiet corners for gadget-heavy students like me to study or join online coding sessions. The IT block feels inviting—the lighting is good, classrooms are spacious, and security around the hostels makes me feel safe. The green spaces are perfect for taking a breather after a hectic lab, and maintenance is quick to fix any tech or facility issue I report.
My learning experience here feels up-to-date, with professors integrating the latest real-world trends and case studies into our curriculum. I’ve joined multiple academic and tech clubs, which give me extra practice with coding and data challenges beyond regular classes. Peer learning and mini-hackathons are common, and my project guides give constructive feedback that helps me rethink and improve my work.
This year, the placement cell has been especially proactive—daily updates, CV-building workshops, and Q&A sessions with alumni from the IT field. Practice coding rounds and mock group discussions have made me much more confident about upcoming drives. I see a pattern where companies like Mindtree, TCS, and Capgemini frequently visit, and the support I’m getting helps me approach the whole recruitment process with a lot more confidence.
The campus has a perfect mix of greenery and modern facilities. It offers digitally enabled classrooms, computer centers, and specialized labs for sciences. The library is fully air-conditioned with digital resources and quiet reading rooms. Hostel facilities are good, with hygienic food and proper security. The sports complex has provisions for cricket, football, basketball, and indoor games.
Kirori Mal is academically one of the most respected DU colleges. The professors are known for their teaching style and student engagement. They also encourage projects, internships, and critical discussions. Academic societies like economics, physics, and literature societies conduct quizzes, seminars, and paper presentations that build a student’s knowledge and confidence.
The placement cell of KMC ensures a wide range of recruiters. Big names from consulting, finance, IT, and startups frequently visit. The average package is decent for a DU undergrad college, while top students get impressive offers. Internship drives are also organized every year for practical exposure.
The campus buzzes with societies in theatre, debating, dance, and music. “The Players” theatre group is legendary. KMC is also known as the cultural hub of DU, where every student finds a society or club matching their passion. Events, inter-college fests, and dramatics make the student life memorable.
Campus content good infrastructure like large playground stadium cricket court badminton court volleyball court and all other facility for indoor games. College content large buildings with greenories.
Teachers are well educated and friendly behaviour. Everything is good, like class behaviour, teachers' behaviour, children's behaviour, books, copies, studies, etc.Teachers always want students to move ahead
Placement is very less in vocational courses, most of the students depend on internship, they do internship and keep hope of placement. For internship, many companies reaches college and take interview.
I am enjoying campus life very much
Yes, the college does have most of the necessary infrastructure and facilities, but there are still some areas that need improvement. For instance, sports facilities are limited as proper equipment and courts like basketball are missing. Classrooms could also be a little more furnished, and having more smart boards would definitely enhance the learning experience. On the positive side, the campus is clean and well-maintained, and washrooms are regularly cleaned, though I did hear of one case where hygiene concerns led to a health issue, so consistency can be improved. The library is in good condition and provides a good study environment. Wi-Fi is available but could be made more active and reliable for students.
I am studying history honours because I had a keen interest in history and political science. As far as the quality of teaching I have seen its really good as compared to other colleges , teachers are really supportive and serious for our learning not like other du colleges where classes regularly gets cancelled or the professor doesn't pay attention..our professors are always there to guide us . As far as the job ready concern is apporached i don't think so that it is enough cause we only get seminars on upsc and no other field description we have got till now even though we have appealed for it many times .
Placements condition is very poor especially for courses like us ...i haven't even heard of any placements done so far so can't really say on it .. professors are supportive but the college is not , we have to look for internships by our own self for future betterment otherwise there are not really any options available.
The campus in Kamla Nagar is lively and well-connected, with food joints, shops, and hangout spots all around. It has greenery and enough space to relax, but parking is an issue, it gets crowded, and it’s not very safe at night – I had a horrible experience once, so caution is needed. A lot also depends on your friend group; be careful you don’t get into the wrong things. Students can join fests, seminars, and societies for dance, drama, debating, etc. Sports facilities are limited, but the library and emergency support are sufficient. Overall, the campus is energetic but could improve in safety and sports infrastructure
Ya i do accept that it is a good college in terms of academics but when it comes to exposure it lacks a lot and I do think if you are getting other colleges even if it is in south campus you should opt for it otherwise it is a nice pretty college and friend group matters ..also it a assumption that girls colleges are boring because it is not because it has its own perk ..I have got a really great friend group, I gained confidence and a lot of knowledge and a really safe environment in college .
The college campus has all the necessary amenities such as Wi-Fi, labs, library, sports ground, and canteen. ECE labs are equipped and functional with most of the required instruments though some of the instruments are a bit old. The condition of the infrastructure is just okay but it is not quite modern when compared to other newer institutes.
Teachers not only provide guidance to students for projects but also for research work. The syllabus is quite comprehensive and covers almost all the theoretical and practical aspects. Exams are not so tough, and the passing rate is kept at around 35% which me
The maximum salary package that was offered was nearly 7 LPA while the minimum was about 2.5 to 3 LPA. The average package was between 3.5 to 4 LPA, so the overall placement scenario can be termed as average. Firms from sectors like telecommunications, electronics manufacturing, and the IT industry came to the campus for recruitment.
Good Infrastructure just need to have more rooms in order to make study efficient. Classes have projector and are well maintained as well.Overall, the infrastructure is strong, with a balance of academic and recreational facilities, creating a productive atmosphere for students.
Great in Academics covers every aspect fir Holistic Development of Student. The faculty is knowledgeable, approachable, and dedicated to student growth. Many professors adopt innovative teaching methods, making classes interactive and engaging. At the same time, students are encouraged to develop independent thinking through research assignments and presentations. The emphasis on continuous evaluation through internal assessments, quizzes, and presentations helps maintain consistency in learning.
Overall placements are good. But Mostly the Commerce background student receive highest package. Many well-known recruiters from IT, finance, consulting, and core industries visit the campus every year, offering a variety of roles to students. The average placement package is competitive, while top performers manage to secure higher salary offers. Apart from placements, the college also facilitates internships that give students valuable industry exposure and help them apply classroom learning to practical situations.
ISBR’s infrastructure is above average, with decent facilities that mostly support academic and extra-curricular needs, though there is room for improvement. The classrooms are well-equipped: projectors, ACs, WiFi, and modern seating. The library is big, stocked with updated books, and there are separate labs (computer, entrepreneurship, etc.). The auditorium, seminar halls, and an amphitheatre are present and used. Canteens are spacious; green spaces and gardens help make the campus more pleasant.
The academic environment at ISBR is strong, especially for students who want a curriculum aligned with what industry demands. Faculty are generally experienced, combining theoretical knowledge with real-world examples; many reviews praise updated syllabi, case studies, workshops, and projects that go beyond just lectures. Strengths include specializations like Business Analytics, Marketing, Finance etc., frequent guest lectures, and industry exposure through tie-ups and practical tasks.
Placements Review (ISBR, Bangalore) ISBR’s placement record is quite strong overall. For the batch of 2024, about 92-95%) of students got placed. catking.in +3 StudyRiser +3 Careers360 +3 The highest offered package that year was ~ ₹15 lakh per annum, and the average package hovered around ₹7.5 LPA. Life on campus at ISBR is generally lively and supportive, though not without rough edges. Students appreciate the active participation opportunities — clubs, cultural events, sports, and student-driven programs are regular features.
The college has inadequate infrastructure with Acs not working and fans not working properly. There is also inadequate projector system. The canteen has improved in the recent times. Some improvement is needed in terms of infra
The professors are quite professional and they teach very efficiently. They are helpful and guide you through each and every phase of your life . They provide you with notes and adequate learning material.
The placement cell is quite active and provide with regular updates on various internships and case competition. They also provide with various placement opportunities with quite decent package and good exposure to corporate world
The campus life is good . Being in a Notth campus college gives you a whole lot of opportunities and experiences . You can go to various places around the campus whenever you are free and enjoy and relax with your friends.
The Infrastructure of Drc is not its most pleasing part. It is not well maintained and chairs, tables and ceilings in the classrooms lack structure. If you come here, do not expect great buildings or seminar halls. There are other aspects you may enjoy more.
Few of the teachers are strict about academics and show interest in teaching and interacting with their students. Some are not bothered at all. The course work is loaded and similar to other DU colleges. Depending on your course, you will need to work accordingly on your studies.
Placement opportunities are plenty if you focus on your CGPA as well as extra curricular. You can join our esteemed placement cell - Vriddhi. It will give you knowledge of the various companies interested in drc students and will also help you build your resume.
MBA students have access to digital classrooms, a resourceful library, computer labs, and seminar halls. The atmosphere of the college is full of energy and regular events such as management fests, sports competitions, and cultural programs keep the campus happening.
The faculty works on the principle of making the course curriculum as practical as possible so that the MBA program is relevant to the industry and hence valuable for the students. All in all, MIET is one of the premier institutes of the area that provide quality assurance in MBA education.
About 80–90% of our batch got placed in companies with a good reputation. The average salary package is ranging between 5 LPA to 6 LPA, while the maximum package has crossed 10 LPA. Several companies representing the FMCG, finance, consulting, and IT services sectors are recruiting on the campus regularly.
Students of this college rome around to find a vacant class room all the time, only few rooms has AC and library is good but too small - no private compartments as I have seen in other colleges, the wifi doesn't work at all it's like the connection is based on first come first serve basis. overall infrastructure is not good. Definately not preferable for freshers to select this college. They're definitely gonna suffer a lot.
I'm studying English and the reason of why I am studying it is because this the language which gives you the respect that a human deserves i know this is very very hypocritical but this is how this indian society works that respect the domain which cannot be easily attained and hence they respect who speaks English or know more about the culture they never experienced. The quality of teaching is definitely the best I would say you can get the best of all teaching staff here in this college. Proudly saying in the whole north campus only our English department is the most knowledgeable and friendly as well. They make it so easy that anyone can understand and love literature. But the reality check is this course doesn't make me job friendly at all but I'm learning to write better which is a skill but yes learning a different skill apart from this one is preferable.
We are as miserable as our pass out seniors, according to them there was no help from the college nor good placement. After spending 32000 per year the job they were getting was of 10000 monthly. No college or university can assure a good and high paying job and future. Students definitely have to work on some extra skills.
The college has old but functional infrastructure. Geography students get classrooms, seminar halls, and a modest library with maps and reference material. However, advanced labs and modern equipment are limited, which sometimes restricts practical exposure.
Teaching quality in the Geography department and in other depts are decent, with professors having strong subject knowledge. The syllabus covers both theory and fieldwork. Still, more updated curriculum and modern research tools would make the academic experience far richer.
Placements are not a strong point here, especially for M.A. Geography students. Most graduates prepare for competitive exams or higher studies. The college could benefit from career guidance programs and tie-ups with organizations related to geography and other depts of the college.
Campus life is average with basic cultural activities and occasional academic events. Interaction with peers from different courses is positive, but a more vibrant environment with clubs, workshops, and study tours would enhance the overall experience.
Walchand College of Arts and Science is a fair option for pursuing M.A. in Geography. It gives a good base in the subject with reasonable cost, though placements, research facilities, and campus engagement need improvement for a better outcome.
