Master of Science (M.Sc) in Electronics is a full-time two-year postgraduate Course offered by Sambalpur University Institute of Information Technology, Burla  recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Sambalpur University, Sambalpur.


Eligibility Criteria

Candidates having passed the following degrees from Sambalpur University or any equivalent examination from a UGC recognized University:

  • B.Sc. Hons. in Physics/Electronics/IST with Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Electronics/ Chemistry/ IST as Pass subject,
  • OR B. Sc. in Electronics / Information Technology / B. E., B. Tech. in Electronics / Information Technology/ Electrical Engg. and Allied subjects with 45% marks in aggregate
  • OR Physics/Electronics as pass subject with any one or more of the following subjects – Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Computer Science and IST with 45% mark in aggregate.

Admission Details

The selection will be done on the basis of career and written with 30% and 70% weight, respectively
