Eligibility Criteria
1. AMIE/AMIETE or similar qualifications recognized by UPSC as equivalent to B.E./B.Tech.
2. valid GATE Score obtained in the GATE Examination.
3. Apart from the requirements of qualifications as stated above, the admissions of sponsored candidates shall be taken.
4. The number of Sponsored candidates shall not be more than two in each specialization and not more than five in each department.
5. These seats are considered supernumerary. The sponsoring agency shall certify that the candidates will be granted leave for pursuing the M.Tech. Full-Time course.
6. The candidates should satisfy local/non-local status requirements as laid down in the AP Educational institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Order 1974 as amended from time to time.
Admission Details
Admissions to the Post-graduate programs are also made through the two windows as in the case of UG programs, However, only sponsored candidates can enter through category B, in the case of engineering programs. Separate entrance tests are conducted for M.Tech (PGECET) and MCA (ICET) of Govt. of AP.
