The School of Law at ITM University Gwalior is a prestigious constituent college offering a range of law programmes to aspiring legal professionals. The ITM SOL admission process is designed to select the most qualified candidates for its various undergraduate and postgraduate law programmes. The primary mode of School of Law, ITM University Gwalior admission for all law programmes is through the ITM-NEST (ITM National Entrance and Scholarship Test) entrance exam conducted by the institute.

The ITM-NEST is a multiple-choice entrance test that is designed to assess the candidate's aptitude and relevant knowledge toward legal studies. This is a compulsory entrance examination for all law programmes offered at School of Law, ITM University Gwalior. The subjects include legal aptitude, logical reasoning, general knowledge, and English language proficiency.

It requires the online submission of an application at the official website of ITM University for the registration for the ITM-NEST exam with payment of required application fee.

ITM SOL BA LLB (Hons) Admission Process

The BA LLB Hons course provides 120 seats. Entry is designed on the basis of merit through the ITM-NEST entrance exam. Candidates must have completed 10+2 and should possess qualifying marks as mentioned by the university.

ITM SOL B.Com LLB (Hons) Admission Process

The B.Com LLB Hons is another five-year integrated programme with 120 seats. ITM SOL B.Com LLB Hons admission is the same as for BA LLB (Hons), and candidates must clear the ITM-NEST exam. This is ideal for students interested in combining legal studies with commerce.

ITM SOL BBA LLB (Hons) Admission Process

The admission process for BBA LLB Hons is similar to the other five-year courses, and it is based on the performance in ITM-NEST.

ITM SOL LLB Admission Process

The three-year traditional LLB course has 120 seats. The admission is based on the ITM-NEST exam. Candidates must have passed any bachelor's degree from a recognised university. They are eligible to seek this course.

ITM SOL LLM Criminal Law Admission Process

The LLM Criminal Law is a postgraduate one-year course. There is the ITM-NEST entrance test, and the candidates who clear it will be chosen. The candidates must be an LLB or equivalent degree pass holder.

ITM SOL LLM Constitutional Law Admission Process

The LLM in Constitutional Law is also of one-year duration. Here, too, candidates have to clear the ITM-NEST exam to get admitted. A bachelor's degree in law is eligible for this course.
