Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Information and Communication Technology is four years (8 Semester) full-time undergraduate engineering program offered by the School Technology, Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, Gandhinagar.

Eligibility Criteria

A candidate should have passed the Qualifying Examination with a minimum 45% marks (40% in case of SC / ST) in aggregate in theory and practice of Physics & Maths (with Chemistry or Biology or Computer or Vocational Subject) from a single board.

Admission Details

Admission to the First Year of the Bachelor of Technology shall be given as under, namely:

i. Government Seats (33%)

For the purpose of admission on Gujarat Seats, a candidate has to apply at ACPC as per ACPC norms.

ii. All India Seats (52%)

A candidate seeking admission on All India Seats shall apply on-line, on the University website, within the prescribed time limit.

Fifty-Two percent seats shall be filled by the University from the candidates who have passed the Qualifying Examination from the schools located in India (including Gujarat State) and have appeared in JEE (Main) 2023. Merit list for these seats shall be based on rank / marks obtained in JEE (Main) 2023.

iii. NRI seats (15%)

These Seats shall be filled by the University as NRI seats from the candidates who have passed the Qualifying Examination from the schools located in India (including Gujarat State) or abroad. Seats shall be filled as per merit based on rank/marks obtained in JEE (Main) 2023.

College Infrastructure

This side of the college premises is very good and developed compared to other blocks of academy, this side of the college offers engineering programs on different domains with good facilities, classes and computer labs

PDPU has wonderful campus life and average academics

College Infrastructure

PDPU has a better campus than most of the colleges in Gujarat. It comprises of AC classroom, equipped Labs, mess, playgrounds and cafeteria. The library is also very good in terms of its infrastructure.

If you can't go for NIIT,IIT and can afford PDPU, join it.

College Infrastructure

All sorts of facilities are available. Whether you are a bookworm or a sport enthusiast, various resources are at your disposal. The labs also have adequate equipment. The classrooms are also perfect. Fests and events are regularly held for rejuvenating students. The mess food is hygenic and better than other colleges :p
