The College building is very hold and it's a heritage building so it is very pleasing to the eye, and since it is an old building, the architecture is such that rooms are neither very cool in winter nor very hot in winters, the college also has a new building which has modern amenities like ac's. But what can be done to improve the infrastructure is adding ac's to the rest of the rooms which doesn't have it. Other things like labs libraries sports centres are very well maintened but hostels lacks many basic amenities like wifis and ac's which are very essential nowadays.

The academics of the college is great. I am studying political science Hons because I want to further pursue and prepare for upsc therefore I find my subject to be very relevant in accordance with my future planning. The curriculum is very updated following the New education policy and makes us study all the recent developments in our field. Yes what I study will help me find job in the respective field.

The quality of placements are not that great. Although many students do get placed but it doesn't occur in accordance with their stream along with it the salary that the companies offer are very low and hence many opt out. 50 percent students get placed but they don't take up the job until and unless they are very interested or financially not that sound due to lack of salary. Highest salary package offers do go upto 10-12 lakhs per annum or even more but it rarely happens. The average salary is 3-4 lakhs per annum or even less that is offered to the most of the students. Yes the placement process was easy and pleasant and college was very supportive.

The College is very value for money, because the quality of education that it provides in comparison to the fees it takes is just amazing. My course costs me 3 thousand rupees a year. Yes I do definitely feel my money is getting it's worth due to the brilliant faculty that the college has along with other extra curricular activities that it provides for.

The campus life is good very good indeed the college has great canteens and playrooms for students to pass time while they are not having classes. The students engage in things like carrom chess table tennis jamming sessions etc. the students and teacher and staff are very supportive and helpful. The location and place is very safe and yes the college has sufficient amenities to handle emergencies.

The College is overall Great, having such rich history and still carry forwarding it's legacy and passing on the baton of brilliance through generations is something that is simply excellent and sets it apart from rest institutions. I like my college very much, the faculty is great and has immense knowledge in their re spective fields, they are also quite helpful from a sense that they act like guides and too guide us in many aspects other than studies. The students who are like freind are good.

The college was well maintained although old . The library was very fruitful as there were all kinds of books. The college as different laboratory. The college canteen was very spacious. There is greenary everywhere.

The faculty members were very professional and teaching quality was very nice. They were not limited to syllabus and other external topics were also discussed. And many seminars used to be held. The syllabus was also updated but very vast.

I was persuing BA political science honours so I have never heard about the placement facility from the college. College should improve this placement facility for students, as placement facility is very much required for students.

This college have very good infrastructure ranging from smart classrooms, well equipped laboratories to lush green fields for various sport events. A central library is there in the main building along with departmental libraries. The canteen offers decent food only drawback being its not open regularly.

I am from Botany Department of this College and it gives the best academics to students. From arranging regular field excursions ,well equipped labs for students to freely access them to highly qualified professors to help you anytime you need. A 5 star to the Academics of Botany Department!

Though many Students from my department do not opt for direct placement, but according to reports from other departments like CS ,BBA etc, it offers fairly good placements. A separate placement cell is there in the campus itself to quench any of your queries.

During Admission we had to pay a total of 20k including first semester fees. Sem 2 costed around 4k . Odd semester costs you a little more than even. As a whole every money is worth it.

Campus life is one of the great attractions of this college. It has a beautifully maintained campus where students can sit and have a great time with friends during their free time. Separate common rooms are there for both girls and boys. It is situated in the heart of North Kolkata and is well equipped to handle medical emergencies.

Scottish Church College is one of the best Colleges under University of Calcutta. This college has almost all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. The classrooms are well-structured. The living spaces are clean and the food in Canteen is hygenic.

I have done B. Sc. Honours in Mathematics as I am always fond of Maths. The quality of teaching is extra-ordinary. The teachers are very much helpful. They always teach us by solving different types of problems.

The quality of placements at my college is average. Different companies come in the college for placements. The placement process is not much tough and it is pleasant for all. The college is supportive.

It is a well structured building with lot of rooms and it offers a lot of options to choose your stream. It has two different playground to play basketball, football, cricket. It often involves indoor games like table tennis, carrom , badminton. This college is also very good in competing different colleges.

I am a BBA Hons students and I am interested to study about business management and marketing and i think that it can teach me lot about finance. The quality of teaching is excellent as the teaching faculty puts their hardwork to explain their lectures.The curriculum is updated and includes all the recent development in both technology and finance. It makes the student ready for the job and they even get placement according to their likings.

Around 65% of the students are placed in good recruiter companies like Wipro, TCS, private banks,etc. The average salary is about 20 lakh per annum and the highest salary was 60 lakhs per annum. The college was very supportive all the time especially during placement to encourage the students.

The course costs 50k per annum and it offers wonderful jobs to eligible bachelor students and the money is worth a lot

It has a centralized AC with proper different rooms for boys and girls. It has different three different auditorium including many seminar halls to conduct various events. The teaching faculty of this college is very supportive and helpful and it can handle all emergencies.

The infrastructure is very classy and it resembles the heritage, historical monuments of kolkata. This collage is 100 years old. With ancient infrastructure collage also has morden with ac rooms and wifi everywhere.

The faculty members and the teachers are quite copretive the also help a lot during and in doubt solving sessions. Their efforts and lectures quite fetch us good results. I'm studying B.com hons in finance because I want to become a investment banker.

70 percent students are placed almost every year and the level of salary depends on the student's hard work. The remaining 30 percent fail to get placed because of lack of knowledge. Companies like amazon, encore, hul come to our collage and offer managerial posts.

My course was of three years and the first year fees was 77 thousand 500 rupees. The fees is comparatively high with respect to other colleges but it totally worth it. Yes with good alumni and good practicals I feel this collage makes one job ready.

The campus is very big with gym and attached canteen. The canteen has good quality food at reasonable rates. Apart from good academics, The collage organizes cultural fest as well as industrial trips to factories like coke CA cola and coal India etc.

Not very good. No, the college does not have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities, and equipment. The classroom has only one smart board, which is not properly used. The laboratory does not have well-equipped instruments. The living place is clean, and the food is hygienic.

I have no clear goal in my life, and I am uncertain about my life during COVID time, which is why I have enrolled there. No, the curriculum is not well updated. No, the study doesn't make me job-ready.

There are no placements. No, placements are used to happen. The college is very supportive. Only the students who are willing to do research and Bed are there, but there is no placement. Only who is used to enroll in Computer science and BBA are used to get placement in very minor companies.

No, it is not worth the money. It is just a time waste and a waste of money.

Campus life is fantastic. The students, teachers, and support staff are very supportive. The location is in the central part of Kolkata. It is very safe.

The infrastructure is good. As it is one of the oldest Christian missionaries in Kolkata, it holds a heritage in it's infrastructure itself. However it has all the modern day facilities required for a robust education.

I love my department and the faculty of my department. There are highly qualified professionals teaching in this college which will definitely be helpful to everyone who will be graduating from this college.

The placement cell needs to work upon it's campus hiring logistics, there aren't many good placement offers yet. The previous year's average CTC was 2.5 to 3LPA which is comparatively the college is deemed to have better placements soon enough.2.Howeverlow.However

My course costed around 7k per year which is very cheap. The money is totally worth the education one can receive from here.

Great campus life, only the top students come here so it's very obvious to have an amazing crowd and an amazing college life overall.

My college infrastructure is best according to me as it has all the benefits that a student want. Our college has library, good canteen, well hygienic washrooms, air conditioned classrooms, well behaved staffs and friendly teachers and a awesome playground too.

I'm studying bba hons and i am so proud of myself that i have chosen this college because the full course outcome is outstanding. All the faculties of my department are so friendly and helpful that we don't need any tuitions. We've case study activities, presentation programs and many more to build our knowledge and skills.

Our college provides 90 percent placements to the students, many reputed companies come to our college during our placements like tcs, indigo, ev, Aditya birla groups, ICICI prudential life insurance, Infosys, wipro and many more like amazon and byjus. Average package is 2 lakhs and the highest packages are 4 to 5 lakhs per annum and sometimes it goes up to 6 lakhs in byjus.

My course fees is divided according to my semesters. In first semester, it is 31048 and in second semester it is 26000 and so on . And it is totally worth because our department provides us best teaching quality and the placements.

Our college has many clubs for fun and for developing our skills like painting, singing, dancing, debate, drama, acting, nss, photography and many more. Many students involved in these groups as all the clubs has its own WhatsApp groups for conducting events and programs. All the staffs are very helpful and supportive in nature and our college is also located at a good and safe place as we can find all the things whenever during some emergencies.

From my opinion, overall campus and college is totally excellent and someone will never regret after the admission.

It has quite good infrastructure as it has AC classrooms, wifi is also available, it has a library with vast varieties of books, the college has hostels also .They have a separate laboratory for separate departments. The hostels are old, but cozy which gives an excellent environment for studying. It has a large playground in which students can play football, cricket, and badminton. The hostels also have common rooms for students for studying and and playing indoor games. Food provided by hostel

I am pursuing B.com honours. The teachers of b.com department are very friendly,helpful ,highly qualified and experienced. The college provides us with all the recent development and makes its students job ready

Placemens in this college is quite good as 100% of students are there, and out of which, 60% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 2 LPA, and the lowest salary offered is Rs 15,000 per month. The top recruiting companies are Amazon ,Indigo, ICICI sales and Hr manager are offered along with an assistant manager

B.com course fee per year is almost 40 thousand per year. The faculty of b.com is up to the mark so the fee it takes is reasonable
