Shankersinh Vaghela Bapu Institute of Law, Gandhinagar (SVBIL) is a reputed law college located in Gujarat, India. SVBIL has gained prominence very quickly as a center for legal education. Degree wise Admission Process

B.Com LLB Integrated: SVBIL offers a 5-year integrated B.Com LLB program having an approved intake of 120 seats. The program combines commerce studies and law and offers students a comprehensive understanding of both fields. Admission into this will depend possibly on the 10+2 results of the students and also on the entrance tests as prescribed either by the institute or by the affiliating university.

LLB: The institute also runs a 3-year LLB program with an intake of 120 seats. This is meant for graduates aiming to make a career in law. The admission process into the LLB program may consider the candidate's graduation marks and performance in relevant entrance examination, if any.

The basic eligibility criteria for pursuing a B.Com. LL.B. Course is passing the Higher Education (10+2) examination; candidates with Commerce are given preference over other candidates.

The admission will be done through the entrance examinations:

  • LSAT Common Entrance check
