Shri Janki Vallabh Arts and Shri M.S. Patel Commerce College is an affiliated college with 1994 establishment engaged in Muval, Padra Taluka in Vadodara district of Gujarat. The college campus is developed over 8 acres and the college now has a combination of arts and commerce disciplines. The enrolment is 778 students with a backup faculty of 11 members.

There are several facilities in the college to help a student learn. At the center of the institute are a small but well-stocked library with over a 1000 books and a separate reading room set up particularly for students and staff.
