48 MonthsBachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics Engineering VLSI Design and Technology is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by the JC Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad.
Eligibility Criteria
Pass in 10+2 with Physics and maths as compulsory subjects along with any one of the following subjects:
Chemistry/Biology/Bio-Tech./Computer Science.
Obtained at least 45% marks (42.75% in case of candidate belonging to SC category) in the above subjects taken together.
B.Tech Lateral Entry
Passed Diploma examination from an AICTE-approved institution with at least 45% marks (42.75% in case of candidates belonging to SC category) in appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology.
Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized university as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (42.75% in case of candidates belonging to SC category) and passed XII standard with mathematics as a subject.
Admission Details
Admission to SRCEM for B.Tech courses shall be made through online Off-campus Web-based counselling by the National Informatics Centre (NIC), on merit in the JEE examinations.
