Degree wise Admission Process
BLS LLB: This is the five-year integrated course that has 60 seats. Admission is on the basis of MHCET Law. Eligible students must participate in the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) as per the eligibility criteria of the University of Mumbai and Bar Council of India.
LLB: This program is a 3-year program and has 120 seats. Admission to the program is governed in the same manner as the three-year BLS LLB, admission to it being based on the MHCET Law scorecard and by participation in CAP. The process applies according to seat availability and instructions from the University of Mumbai and the Maharashtra government.
LLM: The Master of Laws program has 60 seats funded through it. This is different from the undergraduate programs in that LLM admission is via direct application to the college. Candidates eligible to apply include all persons with a bachelor's degree in law.
PGD in Forensic Science Related Laws: This postgraduate diploma program has an intake of fifty students. Admission is granted via direct application to the college. Candidates eligible for it are those with a relevant bachelor's degree.
PGD in Cyber Law and Information Technology: Another specialized PG diploma has 50 seats. The admission process entails direct application to the college and serves graduates interested in the intersection of law and technology.
PGD in Alternative Dispute Resolution: This program will also have 50 seats and will be making its scholarship through a direct application process to the college. This is meant for law graduates willing to specialize in alternative dispute resolution techniques.
Diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare: Eligible through direct application to the college, this diploma program accommodates 60 students. Suitable for those interested in specialization in labor laws and welfare, among other matters.
