Hi

I am assuming you from general category

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then

>>>>> with 251 marks

You hold a low chance to get a seat in St John Medical College, Bangalore even for private quota seat

For example,

in neet  2019,   528  marks for general category was the lowest marks to get a private quota  mbbs seat in St John Medical College, Bangalore under karnataka state quota

You can check the same at

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-karnataka

But yes ,

You have chances in deemed universities for mbbs which are listed below along with their cut off marks in neet 2020,2nd round all india counselling conducted  for 100 % deemed university seats   :-

----------) JLN Medical College, Datta Meghe, Wardha:- 239 marks

----------) Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and RI, Puducherry:- 231 marks

----------) Chettinad Hospital and Research Institute, Kancheepuram:- 215 marks

----------) GITAM:- 197 marks

----------) Aarupadai Veedu Medical College and Hospt., Puducherry:- 192 marks

And a few more

Above prediction is on the basis of past year data but  cutoff keeps changing every year  due to   many factors as mentioned earlier, so to have a clear picture of the colleges in   which you have to chances and

to get the complete list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor at

Hey,

Since you are a non-domiciled candidate for Karnataka, you are only eligible for the MBBS/BDS OPEN, OTHERS AND NRI seats in the private medical colleges of Karnataka.

Last year the cut off rank for St. Johns Medical College under OPEN category was 10800. So based on this, it is quite difficult for you to get a seat in this college. However, you can get a seat in the following colleges under KEA -

  • Dr. BR Ambedkar Medical College
  • Khaja Bande Navas Medical College
  • MVJ Institute of Medical Sciences

To get a complete list of colleges in which you can get MBBS/BDS seat, you can use NEET College Predictor
