Admission in Government Medical Colleges and Private colleges depends upon All India Rank and Marks scored in NEET examination.
Now, the admission further depends upon the category of the candidate. As cut off marks for college are different for different category students. Also reservation benefits have been provided to various category students.
Also cut off for Government Colleges are often higher than that of private medical colleges . So kindly provide the details of the college for which you wish to know the cut off details about.
NEET 2021 results have been declared by the National Testing Agency NTA.

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then

You hold a low chance to get a seat in St John Medical College, Bangalore even for private quota seat
For example,
in neet 2019, 528 marks for general category was the lowest marks to get a private quota mbbs seat in St John Medical College, Bangalore under karnataka state quota
