Swatantrata Sangram Senani Mahendra PG College, Mau, was established in 2004 and is an affiliated college situated in Haldharpur, Mau, Uttar pradesh. This institution, recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), provides a combination of educational courses to meet students’ learning needs. At present, the college has a total enrolment of 394 students, in addition to maintaining a faculty of 17 teachers thus making sure a small college environment.

At present, the Swatantrata Sangram Senani Mahendra PG College includes two full time regular courses in its prospectus. The D.El.Ed programme is a two year diploma course for the future teacher with an approved intake capacity of 50 students. The BA programme is an undergraduate course, specifically a three-year course which gives students a liberal arts education.
