The library is an integral part of any educational institution and our Institute is no exception. It contains more than 2,000 books which include a good collection of textbooks, course-related books, reference books, encyclopedias, and relevant educational journals. New and rare books are continually being added to enrich it.  A student can borrow two books at a time and can keep them for a fortnight. In any case of late submission of the issued books, a nominal fine of Rs.1 is taken per book per counted day. Those books can be again reissued on the return date. The library contains the books of all the eminent writers and the most appropriate books regarding the courses offered here. Students never face any sort of problems in terms of the issue of books. The library staff is equally amicable with the utmost friendly gestures towards the students.

The college has sports facilities for all students.

The computer rooms are totally air-conditioned with ample computers that are upgraded with the latest version. The labs are all broadband-enabled. Each student here is allotted a single computer. The computers here are LAN-connected. There is an internet facility 24*7. All the computers here contain this food's latest hardware and software. Computers here have multimedia software, project development, and programming software that are very helpful for the students. Moreover, it has got high-speed devices for networking, Turbo C/C++, both Windows and DOS versions, Visual Studio 6.0, AUTO – CADR – 2000 are installed for C Programming. All sorts of printing and scanning facilities are also provided to the students. In short, the computer labs are fabulously prepared only for the betterment of the students of this institution.

The college canteen is the place where all the students gather for food and recreation. SITM provides a canteen with both vegetarian and nonvegetarian food for the students and staff. Fresh and healthy food is served at the canteen. The canteen facility is obtained by the students every day during the college duration. This is the place where the students not only gather to have food but also discuss various issues related to the curriculum as well as non-curriculum. This is a fun place as well. Students have a lot of fun in the canteen like their “ adda sessions”, “ short debates” and “political discussions”.

The college has good networking for the alumni association. The years of graduation are said to be the golden years of one’s life. All the fun and enjoyment are done during this period. When the college days end abruptly it seems that all the fun, enjoyment, and most importantly the contacts between friends are about to get over without whom the college days would have been a sheer mess. For this reason, every college has its own alumni where the ex-students enroll themselves and keep in contact with each other as well as their friends. SITM also has got an alumni named “COLLAGE”. The ex-students of this college have an emotional relationship with the alumni.  They remain associated with the college through these alumni.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The classroom is said to be the place where the minds of the students are ignited with the stimulus from the teachers who overcome the mere tag of being a teacher and become a mentor. Here all the studies, as well as the interactive student-teacher sessions, are carried out. Thus classroom is an important aspect of any educational institution and we try to provide the best classroom facility to all the students of SITM. The classrooms are noise-free and are ideal for the proper concentration of the students. The classrooms are well equipped with overhead/ power-point projectors and microphones. It has got single & two-seater benches. In totality, the classrooms are yet another lucrative aspect of this institution.

The college has a lush green fully WiFi-enabled campus is one of these facilities. Spread over acres of land, S.I.T.M. provides free, speedy internet for learning purposes.

The college has a Media Lab comprised of cameras, tripod stands, editing software, speakers, an audio mixer, and lighting equipment. The lab is an intersection of the theoretical concepts and its practical implementation. The spacious Media Lab can house at least 30 students at once with ease. It provides them with ample space and the right ambiance to conduct activities.

The colleg has Placement cell is the reflection of the hard work of each of the departments. The cell plays a crucial role in locating job opportunities. We have a team of committed experts who are well-connected with industries and come forward to impart invaluable suggestions for the betterment of the students. The placement cell has an excellent placement record and has successfully placed a large section of graduates who have appeared for placements. Every year we experience a host of companies on our campus to hold recruitments for the students.
