There is internship offered to students studying in Terna Medical College, Navi Mumbai. It also offers a ton of experience and makes you so good that you can even start your own private practice. But unfortunately it does not offer any pay for while you are interning (about 6 to 7 months).

Since you are from rajasthan you would not have Maharashtra domicile so it is very difficult for you to get admission in terna. You can apply by AIQ for deemed colleges where you would from terna.

Also other option is mop up round of Maharashtra state where you can apply for that and finally through management quota by directly  contacting the college.

Since you haven't mentioned the college name I would like to tell you that Your Neet score is very low to get government or private medical college.with 4th your score hi you cannot get any medical course.  You might get seat only through management quota in private medical college which might cost you 40lakh per annum.
