Thiagarajar Polytechnic College is a self-financed autonomous institution located in the state of Tamil Nadu, INDIA which started its journey in the year 1958. The college is recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) & offers diploma courses in all the fields of Engineering. Located in 9.88 acres of land, the institute has a total student enrolment of 2331 and a total faculty strength of one hundred and thirty-eight. TPC stands for Thiagarajar Polytechnic College, which has provided various specialised conventional and technological courses for 10 different fields along with a single degree programme that includes Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Communication Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning courses.
The college believes in achieving the all-round development of students and therefore offers various resources to the students. The campus comprises male and female hostels to ensure that the students are provided with a home like environment within the compound with facilities such as reading room/library, computer lab, TV room/lounge, amongst others.
