M.Tech Construction Engineering and Management at TIST Ernakulam Offline Course

• The candidate should be a National Indian.
• The candidate should have studied the graduate course in an institution approved by the AICTE.
• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in the respective branch, awarded by any University in the State of Kerala or equivalent, as approved by the concerned Universities.
• The candidate should have a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or equivalent in the Bachelor's Degree Examination. For SC/ST candidates a pass in the Bachelor's Degree Examination is sufficient.
• Candidates having valid GATE scores are preferred.
• Candidates who have passed AMIE/AMIE examinations and satisfy the following conditions are eligible for admission.

a. They must have a valid GATE Score.

b. A minimum mark of 55% for section B in the AMIE/AMIETE examination.

c. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of specialization after acquiring the qualifying degree.

• The candidate should have registered themselves at the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Govt. of Kerala and should have obtained a DTE ranking.
• Candidates who have appeared for the final examination may also apply subject to the condition that the results are made available at the time of admission.
