The college/university where you're pursuing your B.SC- the officials will inform you regarding the exam dates. So till the time, be patient. Also you've not mentioned the name of the college/university you're studying, so predicting out the B.SC exam dates for the session 2019-2022 seems to be a bit difficult. However, the authorities will soon announce the dates and maybe, they will conduct the exam in online mode.

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure is basic, with sufficient labs, and classrooms ,but some facilities could use modern upgrades. A better equipped lab for zoological studies would increase the practical experience.
