Vardhman Mahaveer medical College (VMMC) and University College of medical science (UCMS) are among top 10 medical College in India. So cut-off generally seems to be on higher side.
Last year in 2020 , for general category, cutoff rank was in range 163-292 in first round of counseling
For VMMC, cutoff rank for UR category was between 90-138

As of now there is no official notification released at official website of UCMS regarding BSc Medical Technology admission schedule of this year, in 2020 the application form was released on 1st September, and thereafter entrance test was conducted on 19th September, stay updated at https://ucms.ac.in/c_mt.htm to know the latest information for the same, in order to appear for the entrance test conducted by the university that is UCMS-CET, candidates need to 17 years as on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought and pass 10+2 from a recognized board with physics, chemistry, biology and english having 50% aggregate, for SC/ST it's 40% and for PwD it's 45%,
UCMS is to be conducted in English with the syllabus being based on 10+2 syllabus of physics, chemistry and biology

As per the status of the official website of UCMS no updates have been provided yet for release of application form for BSc Radiology, you can stay updated at https://ucms.ac.in/c_mt.htm to know the exact details regarding the same, admission is done through entrance test conducted by the university regarding this, eligibility criteria is passed 10+2 from a recognized board with PCBE securing 50% aggregate, for SC/ST it's 40% and for PwD it's 45%, age has to be 17 years as on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought, the syllabus of the entrance test will be based on 10+2 syllabus of physics, chemistry and biology with the medium being english.

In 2019 the cut off was as follows for admission to MBBS in University College of Medical Sciences, New Delhi
15% AIQ Cut off Ranks
85% State Quota Cut off marks
As you can see the cut off is different for each category. To summarize you need to score minimum 630-670 or marks if you belong to general category. If you belong to EWS category you need to aim to score minimum 620-650 marks or above. If you belong to SC category you need to score minimum 510-570 marks or above. If you belong to OBC category you need to score minimum 600-650 marks or above and if you belong to ST category you need to score minimum 400-470 marks or above in NEET UG this is because the cut off may increase or decrease based on factors such as difficulty level of examination, total number of candidates applied for counselling, total number of seats available etc.

Then you need to s end the duly filled application form along with a requisite demand draft (DD)/ Pay Order of Rs 550 in favour of
