I will compare both these colleges for you.

Vaikunta Baliga Law College- It is the only Law college in Udupi district. The college is one of the best colleges under karnataka state law University. The fees is around 22000 for the first year and  internship is compulsory for every student however mostly there is no stipend. As for the placements, the college doesnt really have  aplacement cell hence the students  have to go under any  senior lawyer to work as a practicing lawyer or may be appointed in major companies as a legal officers depending on where the student applies.

ULC Bengaluru- Since it is a state collegeg the fees is around 82000 per year for merit students and  around 70%  students get placed with the highest package  offered being around 69000 per month and the lowest package offered being around 15000 per month. Most choose to work as independent practitioners  in high courts or public sectors like HAL, NAL, BHEL  or corporate sectors depending on the skill.
