B.Tech / B.E is a four year full time undergraduate level degree programme offered by Vasavi college of engineering, Hyderabad and VNR vignana jyothi institute of engineering and technology.

If you compare these two, i think VNR Vignana institute would be a better choice. The fees for B.Tech IT is 3.94 Lakhs at VNR as compared to 5.20 Lakhs at Vasavi engineering college. Placements are also better at Vnr, with a median salary of 4.4 LPA against Vasavi - 4.25 LPA. Also, when it comes to infrastructure and other campus facilities,  VNR is far better than Vasavi.

In my opinion Sree vidyanikethan Engineering college,Tirupati is better than Vasavi college of engineering,Hyderabad.Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering college have NAAC Accreditation Grade 'A'.And it is approved by AICTE.

Veni, the admission to various branches of B.Tech in Vasavi Engineering College is done in 2 Categories. One is Convenor's quota and the other is Management Quota. The fee structure for both the admissions is different. The fee structure for the Academic year 2020-21 has not been updated yet. But in general, it is Rs.4,61,000 for the entire duration of the course through Convenor's quota. This is excluding the miscellaneous charges. Please clear you query and tell us in which college you want admission with lateral entry then only we will be able to tell you about the fee detail.

Ex:- If you want admission in RV College of Engineering then You have to give 4 lacs at the time of admission (non refundable) and your fees will be 6 lacs per year.For Mechanical Engineering and for CSE 10 lacs at the time of admission and 8.5 lacs per year.

• Yes you can change or transfer if both the colleges accept it.
• The college you are studying in may ask for compensation. 
• This is highly stressfull process until and unless there are high authority people in picture .
• But to transfer you must give an valid and acceptable reason.
