The Vinayaka Mission’s College of Nursing Puducherry was founded in the year 2002 exclusively for providing nursing education. Placed in Kirumampakkam, Bahour Commune Panchayat, this constituent college is AICET, INC affiliated constituent college. The college occupies a vast piece of land of 3.15 acres enabling a favorable nurturing and development of scholars. The special feature of the course is small student intake per batch and a small strength of faculty, which together is 26, so that the students get individual attention from the faculty. The college provides various types of nursing courses which includes three degrees for eight courses with various specializations in nursing.

The library as one of the students most important facilities contains approximately 4000 books and 30 national and international journals, magazines, and newspapers. The rich information in these trainings assists students to prepare for the hurdles they are likely to face in their learning process. They also have a computer laboratory with 24 DELL sets and a cyber cafe to which students have access with six sets. To enhance students’ work productivity and maintain their health, there’s a health center with first aid equipment. The campus also comprises the sporting amenities such as basketball, shuttle, volleyball, the campus has the cricket ground making it easier to have balance of the academic and physical activities.
