VMS College of Law, Batala Admission 2025: Dates, Application Form, Courses, Fees & Eligibility

VMS College of Law, Batala is affiliated to follow college systems situated in the Focal Point Area, Amritsar Road, Batala, Punjab.  A standard and effective method for the admission process is carried on so that fairness to all candidates is ensured. The admission process at VMS College of Law is intended to select candidates worthy of its law programs.  Before qualifying for admission to the VMS Law College programs, candidates must further comply with the requirements put forth by the college and the Bar Council of India. Candidates are presumed to have completed their qualifying examinations with the necessary academic qualifications. The passing examination results may be examined by the college and may also consider conducting entrance examinations or interviews in the selection process.

Application Process

The application process at VMS College of Law, Batala, generally consists of the following steps:

1. Announcement of Admissions: Through the institutional website and other media, the college announces the commencement of the admission procedure.

2. Application Form: Candidates interested in applying are required to obtain and fill in the appropriate application form. It is available on either the official online college web portal or physically in the college admission office.

3. Document Submission: Applicants are required to submit a duly filled application form with relevant documents. The documents normally include:

• Passport size photographs
• Mark sheets of qualifying examinations (10+2 for BA LLB, Bachelor's degree for LLB)
• Transfer certificate from the previous institution

Degree Wise Admission Process

VMS College of Law has two full-time law courses:

BA LLB: This is a 5-year integrated program combining Bachelor of Arts with Bachelor of Laws. The program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of legal principles along with a strong foundation in arts subjects. Admission to this program likely requires completion of 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board.

LLB: This is a 3-year Bachelor of Laws program for graduates from any discipline. Candidates who have completed their bachelor's degree in any field are eligible to apply for this course. The program focuses on providing in-depth knowledge of various aspects of law.

For both programs, candidates are expected to meet the eligibility criteria set by the Bar Council of India and VMS College of Law. This may include minimum percentage requirements in the qualifying examinations and age limits as per regulatory guidelines.
