Waikhom Mani Girls College, established in 1980, is an affiliated college located in Thoubal Okram Manipur. This is an all-women institution recognised by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and runs a variety of undergraduate programmes. It occupies 18 acres of land and has a total of 2,715 students; all students are female. The college faculty has 83 members and offers 29 courses across the five degrees, focusing on different fields of arts and science.

Hence, the college ensures an adequate learning environment for the students with the aim of accomplishing this mission. He also presented a diversity of amenities to enrich academic success as well as to enhance individual development. The campus includes a library of about 13,000 books, 14 journals, and 10 periodicals, boosted by an e-library and free internet connectivity. The college offers 14 BA and 12 B.Sc. programmes and 3 B.Voc. courses. These cover a wide range of disciplines that include anthropology, economics, education, English, geography, and history, home science, political science, statistics, botany, chemistry, physics, computer science, and others. The college also provides vocational courses in tourism and hospitality management, retail management and foreign trade, food processing, and engineering. It is a large institution with 6,564 total student intake across all courses to support from the institution. The most recent academic year enrolled 2,715 in the undergraduate programme.
