Eligibility Criteria
There are no prerequisites to be eligible for this course. However, the desired competencies or line of experience would be a basic knowledge of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) topics and learning techniques in use commonly. Candidates having prior teaching experience at the K-12 level will be able to relate to the contents of this course in a better fashion. However, these pre-requisites are not compulsory for all candidates.
Work Experience
Previous work experience is not required. However, candidates having teaching experience are better advised to take this course, although the requirement is not mandatory.
Certification Qualifying Details
Students will get a shareable certificate after the completion of the 6-week course in Teaching with Technology and Inquiry: An Open Course for Teachers by edX conducted by the University of Toronto.
