The Chemical Reaction Engineering-I course focuses on providing students with the theoretical as well as the analytical background to the subject of chemical kinetics and reactor design. The course curriculum includes topics such as Ideal Reactor Design, Temperature and Pressure Effects, Reactor modelling with RTD, and more.

The undergraduate-level, core Swayam Chemical Reaction Engineering-I course includes the application of concepts such as stoichiometry, equilibrium, and reaction rate to the analysis of biological, and chemical reacting systems. The course will be taught by Prof Bishnupada Mandal who is a professor and HOD of Chemical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.

To be certified for the Chemical Reaction Engineering-I online training programme, you will have to register for the certification exam separately. A minimum score of 30/75 and an average assignment score of 10/25 will make you eligible for the certification. On being certified, you can apply for opportunities in almost all types of chemical industries, including ONGC, OIL, etc.
