Hello Serah
Will it be worth doing master's in audiology and speech depends on what license you want to get.
You must have completed all required course work and clinical hours with bachelor's course .As a SLPA you work under a SLP ( Licensed speech language pathologist ) , SLP manages treatment plans. SLPA implements the plan.
To be a SLP you will need a master's degree.
For experience first you can wirk as a SLPA then you can go for master's degree.
There are both options for you but for career growth you need master's degree so it is worth doing .

Now after BASLP you may not get a very good position in good clinics or hospitals. As you know in this world we all need specialist and to have specialization you need to do MASLP. So if you want to settle in a great career then I would recommend you to go MASLP.
