Hello,

Yes, you need to fill out separate university/college forms for admission, even after taking the CUET, unless they have a specific policy allowing it. While CUET is an entrance exam for admission to various universities, each university has its own separate admission or counseling process that requires you to register on their individual portal, either before or after CUET results are declared.

I hope it will clear your query!!

Hello,

For 2026-2027 admissions to KE College (Rajagiri) and St. Teresa's, you should plan to begin the application process in early 2026.  This is because admissions for undergraduate courses at these colleges, which are affiliated with Mahatma Gandhi University, typically open in the first half of the calendar year.

Hello
Yes, there are colleges/universities in India that offer M.Sc. or equivalent programmes. Some of the colleges are Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), Coimbatore. Shoolini University, Himachal Pradesh, Dr. Yashwant Singh parmar university of horticulture and forestry.  Kaveri University, Telangana.

Hey,

Yes, a person holding a B.Sc. Nursing degree can enrol in the Master of Public Health (MPH) program at Institutes of National Importance in India. Nursing is regarded as a clinical science and hence the eligibility criteria for public health studies are met. For instance, the MPH department of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), the National Institute of Health and Family Welfare (NIHFW), and the National Institute of Public Health Training and Research (NIPHTR) welcome applicants with nursing qualifications. Such programs are traversing different disciplines and concentrate on such subjects as epidemiology, health policy, community health, and public health management.

Mostly, the minimum passing marks in the last degree is set to 55%, and some institutes may have written tests followed by interviews for the final selection. With your B.Sc. Nursing degree, you have clinical experience, which is very much in line with the objectives of public health education.

Hope it helps!!!

Hey there,

Here are some of the private and semi-private colleges for B.Sc nursing -

  1. Maharishi Markandeshwar College of Nursing (MMCON), Ambala
  2. Amity University, Gurugram
  3. SGT University, Gurugram
  4. Maharaja Agrasen Nursing College, Agroha
  5. Shri Balaji Institute of Nursing, Bahadurgarh
  6. B.D.M. College of Nursing, Jhajjar
  7. Birender Singh College of Nursing, Jind
  8. Happy Child School of Nursing, Sonipat
  9. Haryana College of Nursing, Sirsa

It looks like in the first round, getting a government or a top private seat at 67 marks can be difficult, since the general category cutoffs for the previous years have been well over 100+ marks.

In round two, there may be a chance, depending on the number of students dropping out and the seats remaining vacant. Still, the probability of you being there is quite low for the colleges with the highest demand.

You will probably get a lower-tier private college through the management quota or college-level seats (if allowed) rather than merit-based seats in the top private colleges.

So, yes there are chances you can get into college in the second round but it won't be top private colleges.

Hello,

To get into the BSc Nursing program at AIIMS Rishikesh, you must first register online, then pass the entrance exam, and finally go through the counselling and document verification process. The process involves a series of steps, from the initial online registration and exam to the final seat allocation based on your performance.

I hope it will clear your query!!

Hello,

You need to score at least 50-60% in your 12th boards with PCB as the main subject. But only 12th board marks are not sufficient for admission in most of the government nursing colleges.

You need to prepare for NEET, also aiming for the score of 350+ if you are in the general category or 250-300+ for reserved category. The higher your marks will be in both 12th boards and NEET, higher the chances to get into better government nursing college.

Hope it helps.
Best of luck!!!
