Hello Yuvraj,

If you're unable to download your KCET admit card because of an "incorrect user ID and password" error, try the following steps immediately:

1. Check for Typing Errors

  • Ensure there are no extra spaces before or after the User ID or Password.

  • Double-check case sensitivity – passwords are case-sensitive.

    2. Use the ‘Forgot Password’ Option

  • Go to the official website: https://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/

  • Click on "UGCET 2025" or KCET admit card link .

  • Click on “Forgot Password” or “Forgot Login Details.”

  • You’ll be asked to enter your application number, date of birth, and email/mobile .

  • Reset your credentials and log in again.

    3. Check Registered Email/SMS

  • KEA often sends login credentials during registration. Search your email inbox or SMS history for "KEA" or "KCET."

    4. Contact KEA Helpline Immediately

If nothing works, contact the KEA helpdesk :

Explain your issue with full details (Name, DOB, application number if you have it). Do this quickly , since your exam is on 16th and 17th.
