my marks in keam is 160/960 and pcm marks 591/600 state hse what will be my expected keam rank. Did I get admission in any govt engineering college?

Piyush kesarwani 3rd Aug, 2022

Hello aspirant,

With a score of 160 marks out of 960 marks, you can expect a rank more than 33,000 . To get into top colleges with branches such as CSE, IT or ECE, you need to score minimum of 650 marks or above in KEAM 2022.

So, getting a Good Government college with this KEAM Rank is little difficult for you as the marks is very less. try to score more than 550-600 in KEAM to get good Government Colleges.

Further, to know more about your admission chances you can follow the KEAM College predictor tool to know more : https://dqxeclau.top/keam-college-predictor

I hope that this will help.

is lateral entry available in this college

subaashbala 18th Jun, 2022
Hello Yogi,
Admission in KEAM is available for students who have completed their Diploma and wish to join in Engineering directly through the 2nd year.
All they should do is to take KLET examination conducted by them. Yes, KEAM admits lateral students based on the scores they obtain on their Kerala Lateral Entrance Test (KLET).
The candidate should satisfy several criteria (like 45% marks in Diploma) to take KLET exam as directed by Directorate of Technical Education, Kerala. The application process will be carried out  online in their official site, admissions.dtekerala.gov.in (copy and paste this link in your browser). The examination will be offline.
The overall weightage of the examination is 120 marks held for a duration of 2 hours.  For every correct answer, 3 marks will be awarded. Meanwhile, 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.

If you wish to have more information about the Kerala Lateral Entrance Test, visit the link given below:

when i get 600 marks in keam and plustwo pcm pertange is 81 . what will be my rank

Sanjana 19th Jun, 2022

Hey aspirant

Congratulations for securing high marks in keam. When it comes to plus two marks. They are not  low or too high. Keam ranking is done by normalising both board marks and entrance mark. That is done by converting your marks to 300. Average mean and standard deviation are calculated and mark is finalized out of 600.also this will depend on which board you are studying, cbse or state. According to your mark scored you will be having rank in between 2000-3000 approximately . I also remind you that rank will always depend on difficulty of exams. If you get rank inbetween 2000-3000 you can definitely get admission in a government college.
