I have 83% marks in pcm. how much should i score for keam to get a seat in government collage

Abir Gayen 21st Apr, 2021

Hi Aspirant,

If you can score a rank within 5000 then you can easily expect a government college.Based on the last years trends government engineering colleges took students with last cutoff about 3000 to 5000.Actually it varies from college to college and also from place to place. However the cutoff also is not same and it changes from year to year. However to be on the safe side bring a rank under 5k.

Hope it helps!!

Being a student studying under kerala state board is my plus two marks taken alone for keam or will it be both plus one and plus two as our total marks is the additon of both plus and plus two.

keerthana sreekumar 11th Apr, 2021

Hello,

The KEAM ranks are calculated based on 50:50 criteria where equal weightage will be given to both your  entrance score and the marks obtained by you in Mathematics,Physics and Chemistry as aggregate in your class 12th. Therefor they consider  only your 12th class or plus two marks . They will not consider your 11th or plus one mark.
