I didn't get the latest cutoffs but as per old cutoffs, you can easily get University Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bhubaneswar; College of Pharmaceutical Science, Puri; College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Berhampur etc.

Regarding women's quota, at present 30% of the seats in all the categories except Outside State (ZZ), Non-resident Indians (NRI), OL and TFW categories are reserved for women candidates for B.Tech,B.Arch, MBA, MCA, / Integrated MBA* courses. Registration and choice filling process for the counselling of OJEE 2020 (JEE Main) is online mode started from October 12. If you qualified for councelling you have to register at  ojee.nic.in online mode in order to participate in the counselling and admission process. The process of registration include filling an online registration form with necessary required details and payment of counselling participation fees. After you have to do choice filling of your desire college and lock the choice filling.

As you had not mentioned your quota, so considering it as general category it's quite hard to get admission in B.Pharm in Hi-tech College of Pharmacy with your OJEE Rank. As per previous few years data maximum cutoff rank for general category was approximately within 3000. But if you have any certificate of SC or ST there may be a possibility to get admission.

You should definitely choose government colleges over private institutions. This is because government colleges hve better ranking, placements are good and fee structure is less comparatively. Government colleges also provide scholarships to students.

B.Tech courses are for a duration of 4 years. You cannot finish your btech degree in 3years unless you have a diploma and are a lateral entry student. It seems you are one and hence you can complete your btech degree in 3 years.

Going by last few years' cutoffs and your rank, you can expect a good government college for Master's of Computer application as you have really scored well. Considering you as a general category candidate, and Based on last years' data, you have good chances of getting

After the release of merit list, qualified aspirants will be required to participate in the OJEE B.Pharm counselling process. The conduction of OJEE B.Pharm counselling 2020 will be in online mode. The OJEE B.Pharm 2020 counselling schedule will be published after the release of the result for the same on the official website. Candidates are required to get them registered and get their document verified before the due date. As failing to do so, the OJEE B.Pharm admission will not be granted.
