Hi there,.
Your percentile score and crl rank is very low hence getting a seat at your preferred college is quite impossible.
Although you can try the counselling if in any case you get a shot then that would be great. Otherwise the chances are very low.
There are other low ranked college which might offer you a seat, to know about those colleges you can use our college predictor tool

Hello,
Saying colleges only on the basis of marks is not possible as it depends on a lot more factors but definitely you can go for thr counselling process but before you should get your rank first and try to compare it with the different colleges and check your possibilities of admission in various colleges so that it will be easy to put colleges in counselling and also you will able to secure admission in some good college due to the research process hence, for the rank predictor you can use below given link and get your rank:

Thank you..
Dear candidate if you are a UP domicile candidate then your EWS rank would be taken during counselling and if you are not then you would be counted as General category candidate throughout the counselling.
Thank you!
there are a lot of colleges you can apply to with your score, some of them are:
these are subject to the different cutoffs released each year
Hello Aspirant! Yes, you have to fill the form from the official website of UPSEE when you're applying for counselling. Form filling and counselling takes place simultaneously, so you don't need to fill any form prior to that. The dates will be announced and fill the form accordingly. All the Best!
Hello Aspirant,
Yes of course you are eligible for UPSEE counselling as you had appeared for JEE-Main 2021 and your JEE-Main score will be used in the seat allotment process because from this year UPSEE counselling is going to be conducted on the basis of JEE-Main scores due to which we cannot guide you with accurate prediction of your admission chances in any college of UPSEE because this is very first time when UPSEE/UPTU colleges are going to take admissions for their B.Tech course on the basis of JEE-Main scores so due to absence of any past record or previous year data we cannot analyze your admission chances but on such rank, seeing the rise in competition for good engineering colleges if you belongs to any of the reserved category then also on such category rank it would be very difficult to get any of the good engineering college. But yes you can also go for some average colleges either through Management quota or through counselling.
However, to have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your score, category and state you can use JEE-Main College Predictor:-
I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
See for UPSEE counselling it is quite difficult to say because this is the very first time when UPSEE counselling is going to be conducted on the basis of JEE-Main so we don't have any previous year data through which we can help you but through JOSAA counselling it is not possible to get any of the colleges through JOSAA counselling because the closing OBC ranks of last year were like :-
@Other state quota
National Institute of Technology Agartala - Production Engineering (15723)
Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar - Mechanical Engineering (21127)
Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology - Food Technology (21480)
@Home state quota
National Institute of Technology Arunachal Pradesh - Mechanical Engineering (62801)
Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar - Bio Technology (1,27,839)
National Institute of Technology Sikkim - Computer Science and Engineering (333759)
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the official website of JOSAA as given below :-
https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx
So on such OBC rank you have no chance to get any of the NITs/IIITs/CFTIs/GFTIs until and unless you deserve Home state quota for some of the said institutions and likewise , so I would recommend you to either go for state counselling for autonomous government colleges or for private colleges or you can prepare for further attempts of JEE-Main and to help you in your preparation we have some resources which you can access from the link given below :-
https://learn.careers360.com/jee-main-coaching/?utm_source=%20QnA
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use JEE-Main College Predictor:-
You can also check out the JEE-Main 2021 cut-off and know whether you have qualified for JEE-Advance 2021 or not, so it is given below :-
==>> Common Rank List (CRL) - 87.8992241-100.0000000 Percentile
