On the day of Physical Verification, the documents you have submitted will be matched with your original documents and it will be verified by the authority resulting in the acceptance of your admission permanently. After that you will get home and for doing classes you will notified separately but at the day of physical verification there will be no classes at all.

Actually with this rank it is tough for you to get any government seat. But as you are belong to caste category then you have some chances in reservation. So I prefer go for the counselling. There is not a chance that you can get any of the seat through JOSAA counselling because your rank is too high or maybe you will not able to qualify for the JOSAA counselling.
BuT in UPSEE counselling anyone can participate and because in UPSEE counselling mostly colleges are private so that here you can get some colleges. Mostly in NCR region colleges are good so better if you choose colleges in this region. Some of the suitable college for you according to your score/rank is-
And some other but you will get college through the UPSEE counselling only, don't think about the JOSSA.

Hope you are doing great there . About 85%-90% seats under UPSEE Counselling is reserved for the candidates of Uttar Pradesh , and only around 10%-15% seats are available to those not belonging to Uttar Pradesh . Note that to claim benefits of home state quota under UPSEE Counselling , you should have domicile of Uttar Pradesh.

please be a little bit clear with the question, what exam have you scored a 65 in? with any other exam we cannot be sure enough with the predictions of the percentile you would score in upsee. you can check your upsee score and then predict the percentile but not with other exams, since each exam has different pattern and marking scheme
As you are looking for admission in UPSEE which is very great but as you have mentioned that you are doing your studies from UP but your caste certificate is of WB so for that you won’t be eligible for your caste in UPSEE as it requires the caste certificate of that particular state than only you will consider for that particular category hence, you can try for that certificates in the favour of the state you are staying or else you will be considered in the General category.
