Both general and caste wise rank are taken into consideration while in the process of UPSEE counselling. If you're from general category, then no caste wise rank is required. However if you're from SC/ST/OBC category, then caste wise rank will be taken into consideration. If you're opting for fee reimbursement, then the general rank will be taken into consideration.

At this rank it is quite hard to say that you will find any College in spot round because generally there are less no of seats but good number of candidates. You can definitely get a seat in private colleges.

In most cases the provisional admission slip that has been given to you from the college is considered as the admission proof hence it is safe to say that for upsee counselling too the provisional admission slip can be used. I will advise you to take your upsee entance exam admit card with you too (because it is needed in some university counsellings too). All the best.

I believe at a Rank of 6900 in UPSEE besides having OBC Advantage, you may have bleak chances in securing either of Mechanical, Civil or Chemical Branches in any good State Government Engineering College in Uttar Pradesh, with good infrastructure, faculty and residential facilities. Do keep a check on the counselling procedure and dates.

Upsee spot counselling mein spotround mein 1000 rupaya lagta hain registration ke liye aur jab seat confirmation hojayega kisi college mein aur woh seat chahiye aapko jo aapko allot kiya gaya hain toh 20000 dena hoga for confirming the seat jo allot kiya gaya hain .
