It would be better for you to paste the same pic which you have applied in the NEET application form.

Now as per the online information available, students were instructed to upload images in White/light background. So it would be better for you if you had do so on the application form. But as you haven't done it, then you can use the white background image and paste it. There will be no issues at all.

It's better if you stick the same photos which you have provided during the application form. This will help you to be out of unnecessary explaination if they ask when you stick other photographer.

So try to avoid all these things on the exam days because sometimes it can make you anxious on exam day if they ask too many questions.

So avoid all these things and try to stick the same photo and same valid I'd proof so you can comfortably enter the exam hall.
