I am soon turning 22 due which i think bit late to strt preparing from complete zero as i dont know much about Bank exms n too my GK, Current, Engl i so so poor so it will take me yrs to crack exam that to I dont know how to start? shuld i complt Quant&Reason 1st than go 4 Other with Unacademy ?

aditya 20th May, 2021

Hello akhil

I Hope you are doing fine

I would firstly  want to say their is never late if someone has will to persue something, then age is just a number. But yes at your level you need to work really very very hard with pure consistency with atleast 8hours per day . Try to make a proper roadmap and covers sections which have easy topics and come frequently in exam . First try to cover reasoning and quant for which unacademy will be the best source and practise 10 years questions on them. Dont stick to particular sections , divide the day in three halfs for each sections . For maths ,dont go for coordinate and prepare integral calculus as much as possible

Hope you found this answer helpful. Good luck for your future

Hey,

These days things are changing way to quick and you just can't predict anything. No one knows about the future. There might be  a possibility of an event to occur and at the same time the event may not occur.

All you can do is just to prepare for the exam and stop thinking about other stupid things. Age is just a number and has nothing to do with you cracking the exam. Try harder. If things go well you might crack the exam.

Hope that helps.

Thank you.

Can you give me some neet questions papers from that i can get idea . and if someone else is not able to crack exam or get less marks in neet exam then what will happen ?

Kasturi Danekar 13th Sep, 2020

Hello, hope you are doing well,

There are numerous websites which provide mock tests and test papers or questions online. Do search on google for those.

To crack the exam, there are category wise minimum percentile in which you need to score. For general or unreserved category, your score should be in minimum of 50 percentile. For other categories the percentile ranges from 40-45th. Many students who are not able to get scores choose to reappear for the NEET examination.

If you score less, you may or may not get an admission in a medical college. Even if you do, it will be a private college with fees twice more than that of government medical colleges.

Hope this answers your question!

Im a medical aspirant student now in class 12th.I will give neet exam next year.I dont think Im able to crack exam, so that I Need a backup plan .Im little confused, either I will go for drop or I will go for graduation....so pls suggest me...what will good for me.

nishant sharma 5th Aug, 2020

Hello student ,

First of all I will suggest you that you and only can judge yourself about your capability of cracking your any exams . If you thinks that whatever you studied in 10+2 is enough for you all you need is to solve multiple choice questions or previous year questions will be enough for you to crack the exams then you should not drop your one year because as you know it will take your 5 and half year to complete your under graduate course further if you want to go for post graduation preparation or any kind course like MD or MS there also you have to take one year leave for preparation so it will take a lot of time to complete your dream . So for now if you think then don't drop you one year and prepare yourself with 10+2 and work hard you can do it or if you think you can not do you need leave then it depends on you just check your ability and knowledge then go for it .

Hope you find this helpful .

Good luck !

I am graduate in commerce age 20 sir, i totally wasted my 3 years of graduation and now want to start my career as an banking aspirat with zero Static Ga knowledge zero reading habit and lack in English grammar and vocab is still have a chance to crack exam if start with stratch ? please help me

pdwords Student Expert 16th Apr, 2020

Hello,

Every aspirant is a beginner first,so if you are determined and are persistent in chasing your dreams, then there's absolutely no hurdles, it's all in the mind so to speak.

Don't dwell in the past, live in the moment and try to work on yourself.

The best way to improve General Awareness is reading newspaper on a daily basis, you can start with The Hindu or Indian Express, read  the editorials daily,it'll help you in vocabulary, comprehension and increase your general awareness as well. For banking and business part, you can read The Economic Times, just continue doing this on a regular basis.

To be strong in a language say English, you need to work on the foundation, the grammar part so start with any standard books and get your concepts clear, the basics topics such as Subject-Verb Agreement, Tenses, Adverb,Adjective,Prepositions etc. Once you have built the solid foundation, you can go for Plinth to Paramount or SP Bankshi's Objective English, for Vocab building Norman Lewis's Word Power Made Easy is the best book, there are many websites which provide mock test in offline mode,so try to solve them, again practice is the key.

If you need any other query, you can ask me in the comment box below.

All the best!

l am studying in class 12 and I want to know how crack exam of jee

Yalavarthi Kishita 8th Jul, 2021

Dear aspirant,

Yes, it is possible to crack it in one year.

Since you are asking for a plan also. I’ll give you a layout.

Restrict yourself from using the smart phones. You will have a lifetime left to use smartphones.

Now since you are away from distractions, lets get to the plan.

*Get a big notebook only to tear pages from it. Also get a file.

*Make a list of all the chapters subject wise. Divide your list into 11th and 12th chapters. Further divide your list into sub-topics creating a hierarchical structure. Take a hint from this IIT JEE Syllabus.

*Now pick your lowest level topics one by one and start studying. Read the concepts, memorize the formulas.

*Once you have finished studying. Tear 2 pages from the middle of aforementioned notebook. Write down important concepts and formulas from that chapter into those pages. Put these pages in a file.

*Practice. Pickup all your resources and practice. After you have done some practice, try to solve any problem of that chapter in less than 3 minutes. While practicing, you might find some formula or concept being used repeatedly. Include it in those 2 pages.

*Mark a tick in front of the chapter’s name on your list once you’re done with practicing stage 1. After few months revise the chapter and mark a second tick.

There you go. This is just a layout. You can make changes and create your custom plan. Preparing for JEE is a great experience in itself.

Hope this will be helpful for you.

Best of luck

Do i need to know each and every thing in a subject during GATE preparation OR should i be exam oriented??

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 4th Sep, 2019

Hello there!

Greetings!

It's good to know everything thing in a subhect but when it comes for preparing for competive exams you need to be totally exam oriented.Time is a very crucial aspect while preparing and it should be saved by avoiding unnecessary research on any topic. GATE preparation must be highly exam oriented. Reading complete textbooks for each subject takes up a lot of time and effort. It is a very good practice for enhancing knowledge but not so much when one tries to prepare for GATE in a stipulated amount of time. The focus must always be on clearing the exam and thus, the preparation strategy must be highly goal-oriented at all times. Textbooks or any such sources must only be referred for topics that one finds tough to understand from their primary source of study.

Topics can be classified into two different types which are; conventional (traditional) areas of the syllabus and rarely asked topics. Conventional areas are those which must be prioritized since they are sure to carry the highest percentage of marks , you should focus more on these topics .

Rarely asked topics can be taken care of at the end of the subject as they can provide an extra edge, in case a question from those topics comes up. Similarly, out of numerical and theoretical topics, depending on one’s own comfort and strengths, one must identify and prioritize topics accordingly.

thankyou
