For Open cateogry and general reservation the cuoff for CSE branch at GCOEA,Amarvati is :- 41 marks.
For 10 and +2 the minimum required eligibilty criteria is 45% in major subjects which you satisfy as yours is 74%.
You can apply for the college as you are eligible for it and there is high chances for you to get an admission.
