National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the CUET 2022 exam pattern for the Common University Entrance Test or CUET ( Previously known as CUCET )
some highlights of the CUET Exam Paper are as follows :
1. The Mode of the exam will be Online (Computer based Mode)
2. the duration of the exam is as follows : Slot 1: 3 Hours 15 Minutes; Slot 2: 3 Hours 45 Minutes (May vary as per the choice of sections).
3. There will be 4 sections in the examination : 4 Sections (Section IA, IB, II, and III)
4. The marking scheme for the exam is that -1 marks is given for every wrong answer and 0 marks for every unanswered questions.
5. the level of the exam will be 12th class and the medium of languages will be 13 Languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Odia, Bengali, Assamese, Punjabi, English, Hindi and Urdu)
6. There will be 9 maximum number of Tests (2 Languages, 6 Domain Specific Subjects, 1 General Test OR 3 Languages, 5 Domain Specific Subjects, 1 General Test) .
7. The duration of first slot is 45 to 195 minutes and the duration of the second slot is 45 to 225 minutes .
8. If none of the options is found correct or a question is found to be wrong or a question is dropped, then all candidates who have attempted the dropped question will be rewarded five marks.
9. The examination will consists of 175 Questions.

The entrance test is to be conducted for 100 marks with following sections;

Hello Aspirant, Exam pattern for JEE-Main 2022 is similar to that of last year and for Paper 1 and Paper 2 it is described below :- Paper 1 :- > In JEE-Main 2022, paper 1 there will be total 90 question out of which you have to attempt only 75 (25 from each section) and there will be two sections for each subject, Section-A will be of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs)(20 compulsory questions) and Section-B will contain Questions whose answers are to be filled in as a numerical value (10 numerical based questions out of which only 5 are compulsory to be attempted). > In Section B, candidates have to attempt any five questions out of 10. There will be no negative marking for Section B. > All question will be of 4 marks and there will be negative marking of (-1) on every incorrect attempt. Paper 2 :- In JEE-Main 2022, paper 2 there will be total 82 question out of which you have to attempt only 77 questions for 100 marks (20 questions from Mathematics section will be of MCQs and 5 questions will have answers to be filled as a numerical value out of 10. Second part will be for Aptitude section which will consists of 50 compulsory questions for 200 marks and in Part third there will be two questions for Drawing test comprises of 100 marks. So in total paper will be of 400 marks. Paper 2 for B.Plan. there will be total 105 question out of which you have to attempt only 100 questions for 400 marks (20 questions from Mathematics section will be of MCQs and 5 questions will have answers to be filled as a numerical value out of 10. Second part will be for Aptitude section which will consists of 50 compulsory questions for 200 marks and in Part third there will be 25 questions for Planning test comprises of 100 marks. JEE Mains 2022 examination paper 1 , will have 90 question, out of which 75 questions needs to be attempted
And these questions are from three subjects :-
* 30 questions from physics.
* 30 questions from Chemistry .
* 30 questions from maths.
The 30 questions in each Subject, is divided into two sections -
*Section A :- A Section contains 20 MCQs or multiple-choice questions. Four options are there out of which one is correct . And you have to choose the correct option.
* Section B :- it has 10 questions whose answer is a numerical value , no options is there , you need to enter or type your answer i. e numerical value .
††††† One has to attempt only 5 questions out of the total 10 numerical value questions in section B.
So, out of 30 questions in each subject only 25 questions are to be attempted, so in total 25 x 3 = 75 questions out of 90 questions are to be attempted.
