The IGIMS application form for B.Sc. Paramedical (including B.Sc. Nursing, BPT, etc.) is not released separately but is part of the state-level NEET UG counselling managed by BCECEB.
You should apply for BCECEB counselling in June 2025 (post NEET result).
After document verification and merit list publication, you will get to choose IGIMS Patna as a preferred college during choice filling.
All of this registration, application, verification, and allotment takes place through the BCECEB portal in June–July 2025 .
With your rank, I'd strongly suggest considering BDS or AYUSH courses where you'll have much better chances and lower fees. These offer excellent career prospects in healthcare. If you're determined about MBBS, focus on management quota admissions but be prepared for high fees.
Hello,
Achieving an 80 percentile in MHT-CET gives you a good opportunity to gain entry into many private and mid-tier engineering colleges in Maharashtra, particularly in essential fields such as Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, and Electronics & Telecommunication.
Although leading government colleges such as COEP, VJTI, and ICT Mumbai often expect a percentile exceeding 95–98, your score could assist you in gaining admission to esteemed private universities like MIT World Peace University (Pune), DY Patil College of Engineering (Pune), Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering (PCCOE), Vishwakarma Institute of Technology (VIT), and Pune Institute of Computer Technology (PICT) for non-computer engineering fields.
At this percentile, you might not secure Computer Science or IT in the leading private colleges since those programs fill at higher percentiles, but in subsequent counselling rounds, you may gain entry to less sought-after branches. Monitor the CAP (Centralized Admission Process) rounds closely and enter a diverse array of preferences to enhance your opportunities.
Hope this helps. All the best!
A NEET score of 180 out of 720 will probably result in an All India Rank (AIR) between roughly 713,000 and 774,000, which is well below the cutoff for MBBS or BDS admissions in government colleges, even in the general category, where cutoffs usually demand scores exceeding 500 marks. Although 180 marks exceed the qualifying score, the probability of admission to government medical or dental colleges is very slim.
Nonetheless, you can still obtain admission through the management quota in private or deemed universities. Numerous institutions admit students with approximately 180 NEET scores for MBBS, BDS, or AYUSH courses, although the fees are considerably increased.
You might consider other options like AYUSH or allied health sciences, which have lower cutoff criteria, making it easier to gain admission based on your score. To maximize your opportunities, target these private quota seats or explore state-specific AYUSH programs.

As a NEET score of 145 and a student under SC category, an MBBS Seat in government medical college is very unlikely, considering that the SC category cutoff is in the range of 350-420+ in most states.
But there is no need to lose hope! Still there is a possibility of getting a seat in a private medical college either under SC quota or by management quota in your state since the closing ranks are low. Or as a good alternative, you can also think of BDS, BAMS, or BHMS or other allied health-sciences. State counselling rounds, mop-up rounds should also be observed.
Hello Aspirant,
With a NEET score of 477 under the OBC category, your chances of getting a government MBBS seat through state quota are moderate depending upon your domiciled state. For example, states such as Bihar, UP, MP, Rajasthan and Tamil Nadu are likely to have higher cut-offs, whereas the NE states or some low-demand states will be better off. With an All India quota (AIQ), your chances will be lower, since OBC cut-offs are usually above 500. Check here for more information: NEET 2025 College Predictor
With a NEET 2024 score of 195 and an All-India Rank of 823466 , and you being from the OBC category , your chances of getting admission to Kakasaheb Mhaske Homoeopathic Medical College, Ahmednagar (BHMS course) are fairly good , especially under certain conditions.
College Type: Kakasaheb Mhaske Homoeopathic Medical College is a private AYUSH (BHMS) college affiliated with MUHS, Nashik .
Eligibility Cutoff: The NEET qualifying cutoff for OBC in 2024 was likely around 116-118 marks . Since you scored 195 , you’re well above the qualifying threshold.
Admission Trends (Private BHMS Colleges): In Maharashtra, many private homoeopathic colleges admit students in the 150-250 NEET score range - especially during:
Mop-up round
Stray vacancy round
Institutional quota (Management quota)
OBC Quota: Government seats in private colleges under the OBC quota might be more competitive, but your chances are better in private quota or if you apply directly to the college for leftover seats.
With a NEET 2025 score of 206 , getting a seat in a Government BAMS (Ayurveda) college is very unlikely in General category , but may be possible in reserved categories (like SC/ST/OBC) in some states during later rounds (mop-up/stray).
Government BAMS cutoffs for General typically range between 420-520 marks depending on state and college.
206 marks is far below the expected minimum, even in mop-up rounds.
To get a seat unlikely in General category.
OBC : Minimum for govt BAMS is often 350-420 or more.
SC/ST : Some colleges may admit in 250-320 range
With 206 , you might have a chance only in ST category in remote/less competitive states .
With a NEET score of 206, getting a government BAMS college seat is very unlikely, especially in general or OBC category, as government AYUSH colleges generally have cutoffs above 300–400 marks.
However, if you belong to SC/ST category and apply under the state quota in states with lower competition, you might have a slim chance in later rounds.
To upload your NEET score to the KEAM (Kerala Engineering, Architecture, Medical) website, you need to log in to the CEE Kerala portal using your KEAM application number and password.
