met score is 137 and board 96% ,what is the probability?

Tanisha chaudhary 22nd May, 2025

HEY THERE!!

Achieving a MET (Manipal Entrance Test) score of 137 out of 240, along with a board percentage of 96%, suggests that your anticipated MET rank is likely to fall below 10,000.

  • This projection is informed by recent patterns, indicating that candidates scoring between 130 and 140 generally attain ranks within the top 10,000.
  • Your impressive board percentage of 96% is commendable and may enhance your eligibility, potentially influencing tie-breakers or counseling decisions; however, it is important to note that the MET rank is predominantly influenced by your performance on the entrance examination.

I have score 73.36 percentile with rank 398570 in jee main which college with low fee is best for me ?

Akansha Sharma 23rd May, 2025

With a 73.36 percentile and rank around 3,98,570 in JEE Main, getting top government colleges for popular branches may be tough. However, you can look for state engineering colleges or private colleges with low fees. Some good state universities or private colleges offer quality education at affordable fees. You should also explore government quota seats in private colleges through counselling. Check options in your home state and nearby states for better chances. I can help find some colleges if you want!

I am class 12th pass student and i want to take admission in usict in btech cse and i have aggregate score 60.3% in pcm but my aggregate score in physics and maths is only 52% can i get it or cse branch in usict in 2025 intake and i belong from sc category delhi region can i get relaxation in marks

tanvi bansal 2nd Aug, 2025

Dear Aspirant,

As a Class 12th pass student belonging to the SC category from the Delhi region, you are eligible to apply for admission to the B.Tech CSE program at USICT under Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, provided you meet the minimum eligibility criteria. According to the official requirements, candidates must have at least 55 percentile aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and must have passed each of these subjects individually, along with English. Since your PCM aggregate is 60.3 percentile and you have passed Physics and Mathematics with around 52 percentile in each, you meet the basic eligibility condition. It is important to note that there is no relaxation in the minimum marks required for reserved categories; the 55 percentile PCM aggregate rule applies to all students. However, being from the SC category and the Delhi region, you will benefit from reservation during the admission process through GGSIPU counselling, where seats are allotted based on your JEE Main rank. For the CSE branch at USICT, SC category students from Delhi have previously secured admission with JEE Main ranks up to around 2.9 lakh. Therefore, if your JEE Main 2025 rank falls within that range, you have a fair chance of getting admission in the CSE program. Your Class 12 marks will not affect the merit ranking directly, but they must meet the minimum eligibility requirement for your application to be considered valid.

Best Wishes

if neet score is 150 can i get management quota in cmc vellore

Rajeswari 22nd May, 2025

Yes, admissions to CMC Vellore particularly for MBBS course can happen through the management quota. However, the management quota is not simply a "direct admission" route; it still requires passing the NEET-UG exam and fulfilling other eligibility criteria.

But according to your mentioned marks, it's not possible to get into the CMC Vellore even through the management quota. The score must be between 450-550.

To be eligible for management quota admission in CMC Vellore, the candidate must fulfil the following criteria:

  • The candidate should have passed the 10+2 examination or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English with a minimum aggregate of 50%.
  • The candidate should have qualified in NEET with the minimum qualifying percentile as prescribed by the Medical Council of India.
  • The candidate should have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission.
  • The candidate must meet the other eligibility criteria set by CMC Vellore.

I belong to st category. I score 150 marks in neet iwant to go for bds can I get college

hemanth kumar 20th May, 2025

According to the marks required before and what is needed today, here is your situation:

1. For St Category, see the cutoffs from previous years.

The mark to aim for during 2023 qualifying is 116 (50th percentile).

Last year’s minimum score for admission was 150.

The average BDS minimum marks for ST are 120-180.

2. Probable Ways to Get in:

Government Colleges:

You can be allotted 50% of the available seats based on your state.

It can happen in states where competition is not high (NE states, Jharkhand, MP).

These include: Government Dental College (Ahmedabad), ESIC Dental Colleges

Private Colleges:

A high chance of obtaining admission in deemed universities (Manipal, SRM)

Good options for private colleges are available through management quota.

A number of Christian minority colleges accept students with lower test results.

3. State-wise Chances:

It is more profitable to play in states where a lot of students use ST.

Odisha Post-Basic BDS Program

Chhattisgarh (Government Dental College Raipur)

Govt. Dental College Mumbai (Maharashtra)

A lower number of these accidents are recorded in South Indian states.

4. Next Steps:

You should apply to each round of counseling (you will get 4 or 5 chances).

Heed the advice given by state quota counselors (as this gives you a better chance of success).

Have a copy of your files ready for backup.

These colleges allow students to enroll without paying the fees.

Separate counseling will be held at ESIC/AFMC dental colleges.

Programs designed for the welfare of ST students in each state

5. Important Notes:

It is more important to focus on your rank than on your marks (Await the announcement of your rank)

You must provide the ST certificate, proof of income and domicile.

Get ready for spot rounds, as they can occur after main counseling.

6. If BDS Cannot Help:

Nursing degree courses are available in many colleges for students scoring in NEET.
