With a score of 244 and AIR 6,20,000 , it will be not possible to get a seat in a government medical college in NEET UG 2025 irrespective of your quota.

Even if you apply under defence quota or EWS or ESM Priority 4, you won't be able to clear the cutoff as the minimum marks required are 350-400 (Private colleges).

However, for MBBS admission in government medical colleges (GMCs) or AIIMS, the percentage criteria for the general category is 50% aggregate in PCB. Sorry, but still you can't get admission to the Sharda Medical College in the mop-up round. Because your marks are very low, and the cutoff for the MBBS degree in this college is very high, like you need a minimum of 500 marks to get admission to this college. Even with this, marks are unlikely to get admission in BDS or Ayush course in a private college. But you can try for a management quota or apply to another college where you meet the cutoff if you belong to a reserved category.
