It is better you prepare P Block , but if you have a good grip over all other topics of Chemistry, then you may leave it.
p block is very important topic in JEE Mains, you know the answer and you can solve a question easily.
The best part is you can score quickly, if you know the answer of the question as they are not much time consuming.
It it is memory based. So, you will have to remember everything.
