medsra159 3rd Aug, 2021

Dear leaner,

Hats off for your hardwork, even though you are married you didn't gave up,yes you can cause there is no age limit for doing law, the eligibility for llb ,is 10+2+3 with 12th 45% marks in relevant stream.

Some colleges provide the distance law education ,but indian government doesn't support it ,as council of India doesnot allow students with llb through distance learning.

No matter what your age everyone has right to educate ,we suggest you not to give up .here is the link about getting admission in llb,go through it. https://www.google.com/amp/s/law.careers360.com/articles/ap-lawcet-eligibility-criteria/amp .All the best.

my obc was issued in 2018 . Should i get it renewed for neet pg 2021?

Akash Singh 25th Jul, 2021

Hi Pragati,

It will be very preferable if you apply for the renewal of your OBC certificate.

See, in most of the cases the validity of OBC certificate is one year only and there is a reason behind it, as the financial condition keep changing every year so OBC certificate has to be renewed specially for non-creamy layer(annual income should not more than 8 lakh) to avail benefits of OBC certificate.

To do this, below are the requirement of compulsary documents.

  • Caste Certificate (OBC)
  • Income certificate not more than 800000 annual family income
  • Residential Proof
  • Aadhar card

You can visit Block Office, Zila Panchayat (if Rular area) or DM office to apply for OBC NCL Certificate.

I hope this information helps you.

All the very best!!

I took admission in MAPC in 2018 due to some personal reason I could not complete the course and now I want to take admission again but I forget my login Id and password .....can I do my course with the same registered id

pdwords Student Expert 23rd Jul, 2021

Hello,

You haven't mentioned the name of the university though I assume your query is for IGNOU as it offers MAPC which is master of arts in psychology, see the master degree programme in iGNOU can be completed within a span of four years, that's a maximum time offered to complete master degree courses, you have taken admission but most probably you haven't submitted assignments nor have you appeared for term end exam as you stated you haven't completed it, so in case you haven't completed first year  complete it, and then don't forget to re-register for second year, and you will also be required to submit the second year assignments and appear for its term end exam, there is no need to go for re-admission, as you still have time left till 2022, so just go for re-registration process for second years, in case you have forgotten login credentials, you can check out registered contact details such as email-id/mobile number, if nothing helps then reach out to the co-ordinator of your study centre, they will be able to help you regarding this.

i completed my 10+2 in 2018 and i dropped for 1 year. Now iam doing diploma in paramedical 2nd year, what should be my code for neet 2021

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 21st Jul, 2021

Hi

You need to choose the code 02.

This is because,

Though you are doing paramedical right now, your highest qualification with all the three subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology/biotechnology remains 10 + 2.

Actually,Code 2 is for those who have already passed their 12th board examination , and this code can be used by droppers or by those who are pursuing a graduation course but  they don't have physics chemistry and Biology/biotechnology in their course or have completed graduation but don't have at least two of physics chemistry and Biology/biotechnology

While, those who are doing Bsc and have all the three subject i. e physics chemistry and Biology needs to select code 5 and those who have completed BSc with at least any two of physics chemistry and Biology in their bsc need to select code 6.

Here's a short brief of Neet codes :-

--------) Code 1 :- code 1 is for class 12th board 2021  examination appearing students with physics, chemistry, biology and English or have have already appeared but results are awaited i. e have not been declared.

--------) Code 2 :- code 2 is for all those who have passed their 10+2/higher /senior secondary/ Indian School Certificate Examination with physics, chemistry, biology and English

--------) Code 3 :- code 3 says it is for those passed their intermediate / pre- degree examination  with physics, chemistry, biology and English ,your physics, chemistry and biology should also contain practical exam.

--------) Code 4 :- pre - medical degree with Physics, chemistry and biology.

--------) Code 5 :- code 5 is for all those who have passed  1 st year graduation with all the three of  Physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology

--------) Code 6 :- code 6 is for all those students who have passed  BSc  with at least any two of following subjects :-

>>>>Physics,

>>>>chemistry ,

>>>>biology/biotechnology

--------) Code 7 :- code 7 is for those who have passed their examination from foreign board which is equivalent of Indian 10+2 board.

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 19th Jul, 2021
Hi

Yes, yes you are eligible for NEET even if you havestudied Biology as an additional /optional subject later on from your RBSE board

This is because,

Here's the eligibility criteria for NEET :-

*Qualification required:-As per Neet 2021 eligibility to be eligible you must be either appearing for 12th board examination 2021 or should have passed 12th board examinationwith physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English as core subject.

ImportantNote :-Students who have passed Biology as an additional subject are also provisionally eligible for neet until Supreme Court gives its judgement.

*Percentage required:- You must get

  • at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category

  • at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to st/Obc/ Sc

  • at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.

*Age limit:-to be eligible for neet one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December in the year of appearing for the examination i. e 31st December 2021 in case of neet 2019, no age limit as of now.

So, if you fulfill this Criteria then you are eligible for Neet examination .

Coming to qualification code
As you have passed from RBSE board i. e Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education

You need to select code 2 as it says :-
Code 2 :- code 2 is for all those who have passed their 10+2/ higher /senior secondary / Indian School Certificate Examination with physics, chemistry, biology and English.

Hi aspirant

hope you are doing absolutely fine

Here is the eligibility criteria for NEET exam-

  • Candidate must secure minimum of 50% aggregate in 10 + 2 higher secondary education from a recognized college/ university.
  • The subjects in 10 + 2 higher secondary must be physics, chemistry and biology

Moreover 11th standard marks and certificates are required during the form filling procedure and also during the admission process. If any document is missing you will not be able to take the admission and  disqualified for further process.
